good people, but car still kept dying after it had a diagnostic test charged battery but a couple hours later battery died

The sales manager would not return calls after. I ordered 2 cars 1 was cancelled and I was not notified. Actual sale at closing of 1 of the cars delayed multiple times. Not a good experience

Excessive pressure to upsell or buy more services or trade up. Mostly via text or email. Not from people at the service center
