My friend and I were serious of buying the new GTI. We entered the dealership and stood for 15 min straight and NOBODY even cared looking at us. This was... before the shelter in place was enforced by the way. We bought the GTI with VW Sunnyvale on the same afternoon.
This will be long, so in case you don't want to read the entire thing: my husband and I can't say enough positive things about our car buying experience... at Winn VW and highly recommend them. The Winn VW team made it such an easy and enjoyable experience, from getting a quote online to trading in and purchasing two vehicles (one new and one used). They went above and beyond and even out of their way to make sure we walked away with what we wanted and felt confident in our purchases. We have been researching the VW Atlas for some time now and found exactly what we were looking for at Winn VW. Aldo was our initial point of contact. He was extremely helpful and had the cars we wanted to look at cleaned and pulled to the front, ready for us upon arrival. Most importantly, he was knowledgable and honest with his assessment of the vehicles. Aldo, Josh and the owner John made the "negotiation" process extremely up front, fair and painless. We walked away with exactly what we were looking for, all for a great price. In addition to buying the new Atlas, we were interested in trading in my current car to get my husband a new commuter. Aldo showed us a few used Passat's that we were interested in and highlighted the differences, weighing the pros and cons. The team assessed our used vehicle fairly and gave us a good deal on the Pasaat my husband wanted, making the trade in and used purchase a win-win for both parties. We could really tell that John (the owner) was invested in making this an enjoyable experience for us. We never once felt as though they were trying to get more out of us than appropriate. Moreover, we really enjoyed getting to know the team and the conversation we had with them throughout the day. I should add: this all took place during COVID-19. They kept the showroom clean (disinfected multiple times while we were there), kept social distance and wore protective masks. They made it a very safe and comfortable environment.
I had my annual service which they identified an issue and fixed in one day. They were very patient to go over the service work.
We just bought a car here and they use deceptive tactics to add to the cost of your vehicle. They charged us $200 for “Auto Etch Shield” even though they... never actually asked us or told us they were including it with the vehicle. They try to rush you to sign the paperwork so you won’t notice the charge and just sign the Auto Etch agreement. It’s partially my fault for not paying closer attention, but honest dealerships (if they exist) won’t try to slip extra costs without once mentioning it.
I had to take day off to get my car serviced here. I specifically asked them to check for flat tire possibility. They serviced and said there is no problem... with tire pressure or air leakage. Next day, one of my tire was flat. I ended up being at this dealer again next day. He said we don’t fix flat tire!! Had to take it to regular auto repair shop.. ended up taking 2 days off because of their incompetence...
It was an amazing experience. Eneida was so patient and friendly. We just liked the deal so much that we closed it on the spot. Wow.
I was very disappointed with the service I received from Winn Volkswagen. While I was there I explained to the service gentlemen that I was driving cross... country to Florida the next day. I was under the impression that whenever you bring your vehicle in that tires pressure is at least checked and fluids are topped off or also at least checked.without having to ask but especially after admitting to going on a 3,0000 mile trip the next day! Two miles into my trip with my loaded down suv the tire pressure light came on and all my tires were at 20 psi or less! I knew instantly nothing was checked whatsoever or offered by Winn Volkswagen..
Went in for an oil change and tire alignment for the first time and the employee knew who I was. Wow! I ended up needing a rod fixed in the alignment.... Ernesto kept me up to date on what was needed and the car was ready to go the next day. Everyone was friendly!!
Went in with an appointment to return my lease and purchase a new car. Keith explained my options and helped me find a car that fit my needs and budget.
Great customer service, friendly staff.They negotiated best deal, I had 4 months left on the lease but they took in the car without any cost and I got... a new Tiguan.
