    I have never been treated so rude by the man who was the one I met inside the repair shop. I'm accustomed to taking my other car which is a Chrysler to be repaired and being greeted while I sat in my car. After he was so rude I went into to the waiting facilities. I know this is a little thing but I only drink decaff coffee and when I went to get some it was stone cold. No one ever offered to see if I needed anything or even spoke. Some one needs to get things straight there. I paid a lot of money for my vehicle and would expect better service.

    Terrible customer service. The customer service agent never greeted me. He seemed to not want to be bothered. I asked a question and he rudely told me there's a customer ahead of you. I'll get you when she's done. He never answered my question.

    We have now purchased two vehicles from Sandy Sansing Ford in Daphne, AL: one new and one used. Both times we were very pleased with the experience. Our first encounter was no-pressure, organized and professional which is the reason we returned. We put our second salesman, Marcus, through his paces: driving several vehicles as we weren't quite sure what we wanted. He was patient and listened to our goals and concerns. He ended up suggesting a used vehicle that perfectly fit our budget and requirements. We felt no pressure in making the decision, which we very-much appreciate. When we came back the next day to finalize the paperwork, he had everything organized and we passed though the necessary steps effortlessly. He passed us along to the financial manager, Ralph, who was friendly and professional. He was also able to negotiate a great interest rate. The entire process was smooth and all involved, from sales staff to managers to financial representatives made the experience a positive one!
