Extremely pleased with my purchase of a new 2024 ram
Extremely pleased with my purchase of a new 2024 ram Power Wagon form Tri Cities. I highly recommend you deal with Dalton Howard. He's the best car salesman I've dealt with, he knows all about products they sell, very polite and courteous. Tyler Neal in was finance was also a pleasure to deal with, got thru paperwork very quickly. I made a 2 hour drive to this dealership, and it was well worth it!

I was very disappointed in how my repairs were handed and the poor communication form the service department. I would advise looking elsewhere to have work done.

service concierge worker Kirstin, left on her lunch break
service concierge worker Kirstin, left on her lunch break with my husband. i had put a camera tie clip on his tie the morning of appointment as she had been texting her prices for ”extra“ services she offered. needless to say he exchanged 50$ for her going down on him. he’s 68.

Stay away from these people!
Stay away from these people! I was approved for a truck the next day I found out that I have to take on some unexpected financial obligations for my family. I put a $1000 deposit on the truck I called the next day they said deposits are not refundable and the sales manager asked was I told the deposit is non refundable I said no and that is the truth she said well not refundable regardless if I was told that or not.

I had made an appointment around noon with Alicia Jones
I had made an appointment around noon with Alicia Jones to test drive a used truck on the lot for 530 that evening. I drove an hour just to find out they had sold the truck to one of their sister lots in Florida in less than 6 hours. A simple phone call would have been nice. BUYERS STAY AWAY

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this dealership, and it was one of the most dishonest encounters I've ever had with a car dealership. After agreeing on an out-the-door price for a vehicle pending a satisfactory test drive and inspection, I made plans to drive the hour and a half to their dealership for the next day. I was very optimistic! However, my optimism quickly turned to frustration when I was met with pressure tactics from the salesperson. They attempted to coerce me into putting a deposit on the vehicle the day before I was to see it, which I refused. Additionally, I explicitly stated that I might consider financing with them if they could match or beat the rate offered by my credit union. During the test drive and inspection, everything seemed fine, and I was ready to proceed with the purchase. But once we entered the office, the shady tactics began. Not only were they unable to match my credit union's rate, but they then tried to convince me to finance through them at a higher rate, with the intention of refinancing through my credit union later. I presume this is because they get some sort of compensation if they get me to finance through one of their lenders. The final blow came when they revealed that the agreed-upon out-the-door price was contingent on financing with one of their lenders, and they attempted to tack on an additional $380 to the price tag to adjust for the fact that I was financing through my own lender. An out the door price is an out the door price. No contingencies were ever discussed This bait-and-switch tactic is not only unethical but could be indicative of a dealership that lacks integrity and transparency. If they're willing to pull shady maneuvers over a mere $380 on a $50,000 truck, who knows what other tricks they have up their sleeves? I don’t know if it will do any good, but this dealership is owned (with about 50 others across the country) by a group called Victory Automotive. I’ll be reaching out to some of their higher ups to let them know how this dealership tried to do business with me in the coming days. I suspect it won’t matter, as this type of behavior is probably encouraged because profit at all cost in this day and age. My advice to anyone considering doing business with this dealer is to steer clear. Save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with deceptive practices and find a dealership that values honesty and integrity.

Drove 2 hours from NC to purchase a car I’ve been lusting
Drove 2 hours from NC to purchase a car I’ve been lusting after for several years and could finally get a hold of. Everyone dreads car dealerships for all the shenanigans they pull. Hannah was a delight to deal with. Overall I give her an “A”. It would be an “A plus” but she let it slip after the deal was done that it was a prior Enterprise rental car. I likely wouldn’t have purchased it if I’d known that. Deal was done and hopefully it’ll be a good vehicle. The finance guy was efficient and knew what he was doing. Start to finish, 2.5 hours driving off the lot. You have to remember when dealing with a car dealer, ask me no questions, tell me no lies. I did a ton of research beforehand, had my own financing and had a good idea where the final price was going to fall. So no surprises. I didn’t get the deal of the century but think I got a fair deal in the end compared to comparable priced vehicles with mileage. Overall I’d give the whole experience an “A” and would buy another vehicle from them. I advise everyone to do a lot of homework before and keep expectations within reasonable limits, you know how they operate go into the deal.

Hi Larrie, We're glad to hear that Hannah provided excellent service and that the finance process was efficient. We look forward to serving you again in the future. Congrats on your new ride! Regards, The Tri-Cities CDJR Team
Trust sometimes costs ya.
The salesperson at this dealership was very likable, but we should have been more on guard. I felt uneasy about the fact that the 2023 Ram Diesel was dusty, had faded stickers, and had apparently been on the lot since Jan., the month the manufacturer quit making them. The sales guy was GOOD, though. I put aside my concerns about diesel and we were ready to trade our two vehicles in plus an additional payoff amount on which we agreed. It was discounted, as were most Ram 1500s at that time, so the deal seemed fair. After spending a significant amount of time looking at the numbers and making the agreement late in the day, the salesman said that the dealership wanted to show the car as "sold" on that very day so he asked us for $500 that on paper seemed to be a non-refundable "earnest money" deposit. The salesperson said he'd never heard of his company not refunding the money if something came up. By this time, we totally trusted the guy. It was late and we agreed to bring our two cars to the dealership the next business day at 10:30 am. That morning, my husband and I were driving two cars from two places to the dealership 1 hour away. We got calls from our salesman notifying us that there was an open recall on the subject vehicle that required a few parts they didn't have at the dealership so we would have to wait for the trade. We expected to hear from him soon - maybe the same day- but didn't. We both started doing research and found that it was a rather serious recall that had come out in April. It had to do with a high compression fuel pump. We called the salesman a couple of times to ask the status of the "repair." Several calls and a week later, there was still no progress on the fix for the recall. The salesman even suggested that perhaps the recall hadn't been addressed back in April because of the unavailability of these parts. I told him that his words did NOT boost my confidence that this was a good trade. A few days after that, another Ram dealer said those parts were not available and had not been for a long time. I don't know the real story. It's very hard to discover what happens behind the curtains at car dealerships. All I know is that we almost gave up two working cars for one that shouldn't even be driven off the lot. So the situation could have been much worse. The dealership, the salesperson ALL had plenty of time to address that recall to make sure that the vehicle they were selling us was a safe, working vehicle. This was a NEW vehicle by the way. The salesperson reminded me of the good warranty on the truck. They would provide me a vehicle to drive if the truck let us down. I said the truck was specifically for ROAD TRIPS. Being broke down in a western wilderness area would have caused levels of anxiety and fury that would not be extinguished by the promise I could be assigned a loaner for an indefinite period. Now I'm asking for the "earnest" money back. Guess where that stands...
