Finance department was a nightmare. They do not answer calls, return calls, or work well as a team. They deposited my post dated check early, bounced ...my account, and caused my mortgage payment to be returned. I only found out when I called to verify they charged my card and returned my check. It took them a week to return the money. I incurred penalty fees but would rather pay them myself then chase these people around any longer. I liked my car but it wasn't worth the stress. Next car I buy I will do my research and find a dealer that will take care of me from start to finish. Not just until the contract is signed.
I called to check on the preowned car. The guy said yes but when I came and filled out application and negotiate on the interested rate later on the m...anager showed up and said somebody had deposit $4000 already over online. If the car is not available just tell me from the begining so I did not have to come this dealership waste my time. I hate it.
I called ofered a fair price they kept calling back useing different person each time and the last call the raised the price and were playing games. I... will not recommend this dealership.
Extremely rude online sales "manager"..I don't know where they find their employees from, but when does it become customary to insult a potential cust...omer or friend of said customer? Galen Sack is the guy's name. Just a total jerk. Was in the market for a 2014 plug-in Prius on Labor Day weekend, and I as a single women started to feel uneasy about the high pressure environment. I called my friend who's quite familiar with the process of buying cars, having purchased a dozen or so cars. He pretty much summed that the offer they were giving me, really wasn't a good deal at all compared to other dealers, and told me to get up and walk away "if they want to move the car, they'll call you with a better offer." My friend told me that according to the carfax the car had been sitting on the dealer lot for 100 days, and that the car was over priced. Long story short, he insults my friend via email who was just looking out for me, saying things like "With all due respect, any seasoned car buyer knows that this is a no brainer of a deal". "I hope you can give her your blessing". By the end of the email convo, Galen told my friend "the plug-in just sold :) good luck trying your hand"..5 days later the car remains unsold on Dublin Toyota website. I however found a great deal through the same friend who has a hookup with manheim auction. Found a great '14 prius plug-in with 35k miles, good service record, no accidents, appears garage kept. $14,500.
Beware of the servicing at Dublin Toyota. I had Toyota care plus post 25k service. I went for 40000 miles service which is prescribed service requirem...ent by the company including oil change, other fluid top off and route maintenance. After two weeks I happened to open the hood for cleaning and what I saw? The windshield fluid reservoir was empty, other fluid like break oil were also not filled. I went and asked the service. They check there was no leakage but accepted that the fluids were not refilled. I am not sure even they changed my oil or not. When I asked them how did they pass the test and gave me the report, they did not have any answer. Another issue I had was getting noise and vibrations when I release my gas paddle after the service. I took the car back and they said everything is fine. My car is brand new just 42000 miles on it. Beware of the service and make sure you check everything after the service.
Team helped me in resolving my issues with car. Service team person Bianca was really good in taking care of customer issues to their full satisfactio...ns
Too many issues: 1. Bought my van from Toyota roughly 2 years ago, there were 2 recalls - airbag and sliding door, and I was never notified because ...Toyota failed to update my info in their system even though I bought the van from a dealership itself. 2. In regards to the service center, I came in at 7pm to fill out an additional driver form w my husband since we had to put into a car rental, and they closed their garage door on the roof of my van, refuse to pay for it saying I was trying to skid in last min which is not true. Its a drive through service center w speed bumps, no one monitored the garage and just closed it, damage is on the top of my van and I was on the speed bump w no visibility or foresight that someone would close a garage door on a car without looking. Who does that in a high traffic area? I've never had a ticket, violation, nothing, I'm 9 months pregnant, due in 10 days, w two toddlers in the back and my husband sitting in the back since we have the airbag recall, and they were negligent enough to close the garage door on the roof of my van. I notified my insurance and am taking them to court. The manager in question who refused to pay for damages was Marcus Mendiola, and then the other associate Harold accused me of trying to sneak in there...a 9 month pregnant woman, with 2 toddlers and my husband, as if endangering my family's life and my unborn child were that critical. My blood pressure went through the roof. I have 0 tickets, a spotless DMV record, went in for a simple oil change to make sure my car was properly maintained before I had a child, and had to deal with some very arrogant Toyota associates who are not taking ownership of their negligence. I will never bring my car back here, except for the recall which they have to fix, but they will not get a dime from me for their mistreatment and negligence. I wished I had read the other negative reviews prior, but I never could have imagined that the Toyota service center could be this unprofessional and negligent.
I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry from this dealership. The buying process was a bit painful took about 6 hours and they have something they ca...ll a due list and if you didn't put everything that you found wrong with the car on it they won't fix it. The next day I realized I don't have an owners manual(never purchased a car without one and why would the previous owner keep this item? It's of no use to them) Also I realized I have no car mats and I'm missing the lower parking light on the drivers side completely gone and I have a broken windshield one of those stars. The back seat where you pull down the arm rest looks like there was a wad of gum stuck there along with a leaky ink pen. The price just keeps growing with me. I took the car to two mechanics that both said it had a broken transmission mount so what did they do? They replaced the broken torque mount. I don't recommend this place at all.
Please be very careful when buying from this dealer. read EVERY word before signing ANYTHING. ask for a copy of everything, even just a little piece o...f scrap paper. their trick is to ask you write your name on a little piece of paper saying your signatures look different in different places. later they would add words to that little piece of paper when you are not looking. when signing contract and other paper work, don't believe them if the finance person says he's having a baby sitter crisis at home and need to go home as soon as you are done signing. take the time and ask them to go over the contract item by item. the scam is to make you feel bad for him and you want hurry to finish signing so he could leave to attend his baby. during this whole distraction, they changed the price, the interest rate for financing, and other terms on the contract. i bet the finance person???s baby sitter ???threatens to quit??? every time he has a customer, if he has a baby at all, that is, when I called them out on the changes, they said it was for internal accounting purposes, and those changes wouldn???t impact my payments. Well, if they tell this lie to you, please do not believe them, and ask them to go over the contract item by item again and ask why there are changes that favor them. When I caught them red handed, they said oh that finance person is new and wasn???t familiar with how they do things, and those changes should not have been made! I???m reporting their fraudulent practice to better business bureau. I always assume the best in others and don???t want to believe what they say about dealers, that???s such a sad human affair. i don't know how these people sleep at night.
I found my dream car and was fortunate enough to have Rebecca as my sales representative. She surprised me when I talked to her for the first time ove...r the phone. She was the opposite of what I had expected from my previous experiences with car sales. Rebecca was so friendly that I felt comfortable asking her those tough questions about my car of interest. She assured me by answering anything I had to ask. She was warm and communicated everything she knew about the car. She was also prompt with her services and did what I asked to fulfill any unknown concerns. I developed a level of trust that is unmeasurable. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate Rebecca's service and motivation to make me happy as a customer. I trusted her enough to fly to California and purchase my car! I would recommend Dublin Toyota to anyone (get Rebecca if you can)! She was a great representation for the dealership and deserves many thanks and kudos. The staff was great too. Thank you thank you thank you Rebecca for making my car buying experience such an excellent one. I cannot thank you enough!
