Thank you for Kris Mang that helped me to expedite the process to get my green sticker for our new Toyota Prius Plug In. I am so nervous whether I will be able to get the sticker but Kris Mang follow up to business office for checking my license plate. He also already prepared and explained the process how to apply to DMV. Very nice customer service. Two thumbs up!!!

Getting the information from Costco, one of the contact person is Kris Mang. I made an appointment to test drive for a new Toyota Highlander and Kris Mang gave me details information about the difference every models and options available for Highlander. He also give Costco direct price which is a good saving for new body style. Check with Kris Mang before you decide to get a new Toyota. Nice and smooth experience buying a new car.

I had visited their website first and had a used car in mind to went there. I have greeted by sales person the took a car for right but wasn't sure it was the car I saw online so I mentioned to the sales person that I had emailed before coming but haven't get a call yet so not sure it was the car listed online for the price I was interested. The sales person told me that i probably getting email from internet sales dept. shortly which was right, as soon as I was done with test drive I had voicemail and email from dealer. So had to talk Parvez Vohra, Internet Sales Manager who had left me vm. He worked really hard try to get me what I need including the financial department and the managers. I ended up getting a new car, which is surprising to some of my friends because I always tell them buy used one since it affordable. But guess what Dublin Toyota is doing it right, otherwise I wouldn't be buying a new one. I am more price sensitive customer who't be sold on warranties and other offers but since price is right then those extras won't hurt either. I am happy that I went this dealer.

Buy a car is not easy however; my experience with Dublin Toyota was one of kind. I purchased used jeep that I like. During my visit I met with this gentlemen Russ. He was very helpful and he let me test drive the car and told me all about the features of the car from start to finish. I felt he was very honest and really took the time to explain things. I highly recommend Russ to anyone visiting Dublin Toyota. He genuinely has your best interests in mind and he is not just trying to sell you any car.

I have had the worst luck when it comes to buying a car but Matt Lanning in sales was more than helpful. He made sure I never felt pressured which is the main reason I was terrified of having to buy a new car. I will always go back to dublin Toyota and I plan on sending all of my family and friends to Matt Lanning. Very satisfied!!!!!!!!
