today I spoke with Matt in your sales dept. at 4:23 We conversed about a Volvo C70 2011. I stated that this was my wife's dream car since we met. One month... ago she was in a very serious car accident. which has put us in this position. I told Matt that "I want this car". he mentioned that he would put the car aside for me to come in and test drive. it took me fifteen minutes to get out of the house. At 4:38 I received a call from Matt and he had mentioned that he needed to talk to the sales manager and see if the car was still available. He confirmed with me that the car was still available, come down for the test drive and speak with John in the Mini sales area. when I arrived at your location 25miles from my house. John, the guy that was supposed to take care of me. out rite stated that he sold the car right before I arrived. I not really sure what was the true intention for this bait and release. I can assure you that you lost my 30K

I bought a used 2010 on line sight unseen. I requested we meet half way between Lake Tahoe and Pleasanton. They agreed. All transactions were done by phone... and email. (From Hawaii where i was on business at the time). The car was delivered in Sacramento as promised. A good experience for me at a fair price.

Had a great experience at East Bay BMW. I found they had two cars of interest on cars.com. It took four visits and an extended test drive before I settled... on a 640i convertible. There was some hard bargaining, after all there are a lot of moving parts between, leasing, buying, a trade in, etc. But through the process it felt like we were working towards a meeting of the minds rather than the caricature or stereotype of the car dealership hustle. The after sales follow up has been great as well - email questions answered promptly. If you go there ask for Ruby or Folarin (the sales people) or Jason (one of the sales managers.

Am a person with poor credit, this is my fault not EBBMW's fault but am trying to better myself and the future is bright. So I did google search, the search... was find dealers in the East Bay that help people with bad credit and East Bay BMW came up. I found 2 used cars that I liked and gave them a call. They were very nice and assured me they could help. well NO they can't, the sales men that tried to help me took my credit app and told me it would be 5 minutes and he would come and get me, well 45 minutes later after me searching all over the place for him and NOT once did anyone ask me can I help you NO ONE, he found me after getting out of a high end automobile with a customer and told me he would have to get back to me the following day. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM OR ANYONE AT EAST BAY BMW after several attempts. All they had to do was say sorry sir we can't help you at this time but we look forward to helping you once you get yourself re-established. So I guess am not good enough to be a BMW owner and I NOW know am sure not good enough to be a owner of an East Bay BMW car. Thanks guys
I found a used car I wanted and East Bay had it. I was a car salesperson years ago, so I am talking from experience. I actually thought the salesman was... new as he was not very good. He did not really qualify me and didn't really try to sell me. I still think he lied to me about the previous owner being a smoker. The interior of car has strong cleaner smell trying to cover up another smell. In addition, when I went to pick up car the salesman told me he was off that day but came in - what the heck? I told him I would be there that day. I also had to wait for them to find the key which was misplaced. Salesperson left me waiting for quite awhile and then ret'd to tell me about misplaced key. He went to walk away and I said "why don't you show me all the mechanics of the car while they find it?" Why would he keep me waiting - very awkward guy. If I was buying new I would never have bought from them.
