    I was looking for an Acura RDX and was happy to find my 2013 RDX on Cars.com. I contacted the dealer through the website and was contacted by Helder Pereira, who was absolutely great to work with. He was very helpful and we would definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone. The vibe there was relaxed and we felt that we were given the respect and time to make a good informed decision on whether to go through with our purchase or not didn't feel pressured or pushed. I am super happy with my purchase/experience and am enjoying my car very much. thank you!

    Very fortunate to visit and met Sales person Rachel Edoria of Lexus of Pleasanton for my SUV RX 350 hunt. From very beginning she was very pleasant, helpful and throughly professional. She explained all the neat features of the vehicle and took us multiple times for test drives. She was outstanding and ploy no slick sales gimmicks or pressure in a non hassle and relaxed environment. Eventually she offered a price which we could not deny. All the staff including technology specialist, leasing officer, reception were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall Pleasanton of Lexus made my experience a pleasant and memorable one.

    This was my first time meeting service advisor, Maria. She was great with follow through on my concerns. However, I had to purchase a tire that was not in my budget. The tire was dirty when I received my car back, after paying over $400. The reason I was given for the tire not being polished is that service not available until the new building is completed. I thought polishing the outer rim of the tire was part of the service paid for. If I would have known Lexus Pleasanton would shortcut providing quality service AGAIN I would have gone to another Lexus service department. This is unacceptable and poor service quality.

    See response to manufacturer's survey. Dealer & manufacturer need to better inform Lexus service personnel of potential problems & solutions regarding Lexus vehicles. Took almost 2 years to sort out & deal with tire pressure sensor issues in our Lexus. If it wasn't for the dedication & persistence of Lexus Dealership service personnel at the last service of our Lexus, we would still be dealing with tire pressure sensor issues.

    I had a very specific car in mind and Harley Found it for me at an excellent price. He delivered an amazing, no pressure experience. One of the things I hate about car shopping is when they go get their manager who comes out and tries to schmooz you. That never happened here. And he was amazing with our two wiggly children. However, we didn't much like the high pressure finance guy. If not for Harley, this experience wouldn't have been so excellent. Thanks Harley!

    I recently purchased my Lexus NX200T from Jeff Lao, and he made my buying experience stress-free. He was very professional throughout the whole process and answered all my questions and concerns. By the time I finished signing the papers, he had the car washed and prepared for me to drive off. Couple of days after, he followed up with a call to make sure everything was running smoothly, which I appreciated. You can tell he really takes good care of his customers. If you are looking to buy a Lexus, I would definitely recommend Jeff!

    I really liked the style/model of the LS430, years 2001 thru 2006. My 2001 had reached 240,000 miles and I decided to trade-up. My sales friend, Steve Cacela, found a "cherry" 2004 LS430 and I snapped it up in a heartbeat. Shawn Anderson did a great job of getting me out of one LS and into another on. Christine Campbell handled my financing and did an outstanding job of getting me the best interest rate in town. Kudos for all.
