Salesman Charles never told me the deals, incentives, price of MSRP. Andy, finance man had a lease drawn up upon entering his office. Never had a chance... to negotiate MSRP price of car. Andy just skimmed over price and moved on to other expenses. We went back to try to buy car rather than lease it a few days later and he refused. Awful experience.

Took car in for squeaky driver seat. Known service bulletin. Repair took over 2 weeks. Squeak is worse.

Please do not take your car to this dealership. My husbands car has been here for over a month and they have no idea what is wrong with it. They do not... return phone calls, nor give you updates. The one time they finally called us back the only thing the manager cared about was telling us that it will not be covered under warranty as my husbands car is modified. We never once said we had a problem with paying, we just want his car fixed. Another time my husband took his car here the service manager decided to stick his pen in my husbands windshield where the crack was and said "this won't be covered, sorry". This was very unprofessional, and unnecessary. Thankfully corporate agreed, and was more than willing to accommodate for this awful service managers actions. If you care about your cars, and want answers please do not waste your time at this dealership.
