Disrespectful attitude to customer. Service tech ignored request of customer and was dismissive. customer arrived for 10:30 appt for new wiper blades and... tire check. DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL 2:00 P.M.
Sadly, I am writing to let others know of the difficulty we have had since leasing our new Audi A5 from Audi of Oakland. My husband and I are both small... business owners so we understand both the importance of reviews for a business as well as for people looking to purchase something as big as a new car. We had been with Acura of Marin for the past 10 years and had amazing service with them; however, that has not been the case at all with Audi of Oakland. On that day that we leased our new car, the staff, Mason, was helpful with the negotiations and with getting us into our beautiful new car, but once we got our car home we found that so much of what we were told about the car was not true. The salesman, Magic, who helped us with the test drive informed us that the car had a navigation system, heated seats in the back, and automatic start, etc... All things that were important to us ... and yet we have found that it had NONE of those things after the fact. The salesman was "too busy" to show us the car before we drove off the lot which left us feeling lost given that the car DID NOT have a manual in it nor the paperwork needed to get into the My Audi app which is key to maneuvering through the vehicle. We reached out to the salesman multiple times with no response until we emailed and called the General Manager, Michael, who responded but then never called us on the day/time we scheduled to speak with him and has now not responded to our emails. It has felt like a "battle" ever since we walked off the lot. The salesman told us we should go to another dealer to get our My Audi hooked up as their "system was down" and they were not sure when it would be up. He told us that we could purchase navigation for an added $1,600 or use our iPhone. Please note that there is a Navigation button on our MMI display and it says it was "not installed". The salesman did order us a manual (4 weeks out for delivery) and the documents needed to proceed with the app ... to which we were very appreciative, but they have done nothing else to try to make things right sadly. On a positive note, Erin H., at Audi of America has been working hard to try to address some of these issues and has gone out of her way to be of support. She was understanding, empathetic and apologetic ... all things that Audi of Oakland was not. We do love our new car, but will not go back to Audi of Oakland and do not recommend doing business with them to anyone.
Went in to looks at a used car and left with a new car that basically cost the same. Everyone was very helpful! I showed up just planing to look and so... didn't have plans on how to get my car home and they kindly drove it 45 minutes to my home so that I didn't have to come back the next day!
Very easy to deal with great location nice people and very upfront took me a total of 45 mins to buy sign and get out.
Leasing a brand new Audi RS 5 should have been an experience to savor. For me, it has been one wrought with disappointment and utter dissatisfaction with... Audi due to the deplorable customer service and questionable business practices of their licensed and authorized dealer, Audi Oakland. Alas, I trusted the Audi name for excellence and perhaps naively believed that any authorized representative would uphold the standards of that brand. Audi Oakland is a small dealership with limited inventory. I test drove the only Audi RS 5 they carried and liked it very much. The salesperson helped me hone in on the features I wanted with an online search and found the car with my exact specifications at another Audi dealer. I was to return to Audi Oakland the next day (Saturday) to pick up my car. When I arrived, it took a solid hour to get the car. I asked for an overview of the car's instruments and was told that I'd have to make an appointment for yet another day because they simply didn't have the time. When I took the car home to try and acquaint myself with the instruments I quickly learned that my new car was missing the owner's manual. I called and asked for it to be FedEx'ed and as of today, Friday, it has not been received. But it gets worse. There was a tear in the stitching in the back seat, and scratches on both the drivers and passenger's seat along with an actual stain on that seat as well! I immediately texted the photos of this damage to my salesperson and received a cursory response "addressing this now" but heard nothing more. I called the manager the following day who stated he'd look into it but he, too, never returned my call. It is now Friday. This is the story of my brand new Audi car. They say that true customer service is best exemplified in the way a company rectifies a problem. Audi, we have a problem.
The process of buying my first Audi was just a very positive experience at Audi Oakland. They respected me and treated me very nice and at the end I got... exactly what I wanted!!!! I recommend Audi Oakland to everyone, check them out!

Never ever visit here for buying a used car. You will end up in some trouble later. I bought a used car from here they have not provided even a spare key... for the vehicle and no even new rugs. They will some drama to make sure that you will purchase that car at the same time other team is also about to buy the car. Leave all that once you came out of the show room then you tried to reach them for any settlement they will not email or respond back to the calls. I purchased the vehicle in Jan 2017 and paid the registration now i got the information from DMV that amount is due again for sending the registration card and the new registration card is valid till this year June. Approached them as they did all the paper works and i have the payment proof with me till now no response. Never expect this from a genuine dealers. Please make sure and think twice before stepping in to this show room.
I was impressed with how quickly I was able take delivery of a car with a very rare color and feature combo. Robert made it all possible with timely information... and getting me what I wanted in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. It has been a very pleasant experience and I recommend working with Robert and his team if you are eyeing an Audi!
This purchase was smooth sailing! They were able to pre-approve me over the phone. The salesman was extremely pleasant & not your typical used car salesman.... He worked with his manager to find the best deal for me! Both were awesome.
