Modesto: central valley hyundai Im in for oil change

Modesto: central valley hyundai Im in for oil change and im the first one in. There are 15 people who have gone home before me, when my car hasn't even been touched. Im told there is a recall, but when i checked it online hyundai website with my VIN # there isn't any. I will never buy hyundai again ever. Whenever i need to make an appointment online, they never have any time open. Unless i make an appointment month before and get a day off from work. Its been 3.5 hrs, still not done. What kind of oil change takes 4hrs. Didn't even wash my car. So much for complementary wash! What is an express oil change? I paid for full synthetic but i got express oil change. Mechanic didn't even put paper in my car on carpet. And i saw him driving reckless when going to park my car. Is it another way of making money on getting new tires and wear tear. Went in with the usual nerves of buying a new vehicle and left with exceeded expectations! Our Sales Specialist, Angelo Willis was exceptional! We expressed our concerns, needs and wants and he delivered! He knew exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure, purchasing went smooth and we couldn’t be happier with our brand new Volkswagen. We appreciate Angelos patience and help during our car buying experience. 10/10 experience. We ordered a new car three months ago, the staff updated us along the way. When the car arrived, the staff got everything together the same day and drove to Sacramento to drop it off. Luis stayed with us until we were completely satisfied. The car did not have a mark-up.
