Buying my New 2018 Murano was a delightful experience. The team was very patient with me, explaining all the options I had with the equity that I had in... my current vehicle. In the end they gave me great advice without any pressure. I ended up leaving the dealership with an amazing car and even better friends.
We initially initiated an inquiry about a used vehicle through Bellingham Nissans website. Due to a a number of issues through the purchase I became very... dissatisfied and questioned the dealerships practices. The response I received from Bellingham Nissan was fat and away the best customer service experience I have ever had. The dealership questioned what it would take to fix the situation and then went beyond that which I requested. They turned what could have been the worst buying experience into one of the best. I am very impressed with their effort to leave customers happy with their purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend them friends.
Worst dealership I have stepped foot into. Made contact about interest in one of the clunker vehicles they had on the lot. Made an appointment, showed... up early(first contact made was 20 minutes after my "appointment")got passed off by 3 people and wound up not even getting to start the vehicle let alone test drive since they didn't have the keys. They told me they would get a key made... Waited a couple days, since the dealership less than a block down the street could have cut a key from the VIN. Basically was told they would sell the car if anyone came in wanting to take it(I had cash in hand) "but I would be the first to get a call" after I drove an hour up there for my "appointment" that was non-existent. Needless to say, they never called, even when I followed up and they sold the car. I will never step foot in this establishment, and I will warn my friends and family to avoid doing business too. Poor customer service, lack of communication, felt extremely unwelcome coming in.
This dealership represents an all new level of shady! Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these bottom feeders and go to Burlington Nissan, they will... treat you right!
If you enjoy not being contacted back or after sale care being non existent go here. I purchased a car with warranty and got a letter in the mail several... weeks later stating it was void. I tried to cantact Bellingham Nissan and was told it was "ok, because many others have experienced the same issue with the new ownership turnover". Going on 4 months later and when I call I get no answers and no call backs.
Just purchased a 2015 Nissan Versa Note here and the experience was the best I've had when car shopping. I went in on a lark two weeks before to see what... was available and Tim was happy to spend time with me even knowing I wasn't too serious yet. He asked some great questions then made some suggestions that helped us to evaluate our needs and settle on a car that best suited them. There were no high pressure sales tactics plus I was able to negotiate a fair price with a monthly payment that fit my budget. I will definitely shop here again.
I went in here to get a car on a sale 100 percent approval. What a joke I have never heard back from them never told me if I got approved or not approved.... If they find out you do not have the credit or whatever goes on her you don't have what they want they will never call you back they never let you know anything. The worst service I have ever had I ended up taking my business elsewhere I will never go back there again. I called him I text him I emailed them asking them what was going on and I have not heard back from them and it's been almost a week. I understand this salesman Josh is new but you still have to keep in contact with your customers. Even if I didn't get approved word of mouth on customer service and niceness and everything else goes a long way I will never refer anybody there and tell everybody how they treated me. They are nice to you once you try to get a car then if something happens they will never talk to you they say they have tons of lenders that can get you approved that is a joke too. Like I said it was supposed to be a hundred percent approval what kind of deal is that when it's not even true.
My original purchase wasn't quite right for me and the people at Wilson did everything in their power to make me a satisfied customer. The staff is over... the top nice and seems like a tight team unit. I ended up with the car I am satisfied with and I know they will be there to help me in case something unexpectedly goes wrong. I would highly recommend checking this folks out when car shopping- their no pressure interest in you being satisfied is their main goal.
When I needed to replace my 2000 Sentra my parents knew I was interested in a Nissan Versa. On their first visit to Wilson Nissan they found Brian Smith... to be extremely helpful. He was able to find the car we wanted and have it transported to Bellingham in timely fashion. All of our exchanges were friendly and a positive experience for me and my family.
Brian Smith spent lots of his time with us trying out Rogues and Muranos. He checked information for us and answered every question. Brian was very patient... over the month we spent car shopping in the area. We are pleased with his service and with our new Murano.
