    Car has multiple issues including a faulty muffler, only 2000 miles in. Service is uninterested in fixing the issues. Do yourself a favor and buy a Lexus.

    The sales department did a very good job of contacting me prior to my visit to understand my needs on the car and helped me get a fair idea on the pricing... as well. In the showroom, they were flexible with my pricing and struck a good deal. The finance department was very cooperative in finding the best rate and package. Overall it was a great experience

    I came in looking for a Used Acura, and left with a Brand New Acura MDX. The Salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product. It was perfect... for my kids, safety, and had everything I needed, and then some! Even the GM, Mark Maxwell, took the time to Greet us and made sure we were well taken care of. It didn't even feel like I was shopping for a Car. We were treated like Honored Guests from the second we stepped into the Dealership. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and ended up making Friends. I definitely recommend this Dealership 120%!!! The Acura Brand alone is GREAT, but the Staff made this a pleasant and memorable experience. I'm sending all my friends to Los Gatos Acura! Thanks again Guys for all of your help!
