    The initial diagnosis by the Service Advisor given confusing symptoms was eventually confirmed by more complete in-shop diagnosis. The real problem was more serious than the seemingly simpler symptom (cabin heater not working) and expensive to repair, but it would have been even more expensive if it had not been diagnosed correctly at the time.

    Moore GMC/Buick is a low key dealership that strives for customer satisfaction.I bought three vehicles from them in the last 5 years. All were GMC products their sales force is outstanding and does not pressure you.. They are a family owned business and you can feel that when you deal with them. I was offered a very fair price for my 2014 Terrain Denali, and purchased a 2017 Terrain Denali. The Manager Brett is great to deal with and I used the same salesperson Carl on my 2017 purchase. I will be purchasing a new car every 2-3 years. I like to pay off the car and not have payments. The dealership even makes the closing easy. Dave in Finance is fast, efficient and goes over all options of financing and warranty programs. Because I live in Los Gatos, I like to shop in my home town. I am fortunate to have a great Dealership in my town. I really believe that Moore GMC/Buick is a first class operation. I will soon be shopping for a 2017 GMC truck. There is no doubt I will be buying it from Moore. Again, I have purchased many other cars over the years but am now a loyal GMC/Buick fan. From a service standpoint, Moore is also outstanding . I trust their Service Advisor's and know that the service I am paying for is needed. As you can understand from my rating, I am a loyal Customer and will continue to purchase through this Dealership. GMC could learn lessons on how they run a family business in all aspects of this dealership. Low pressure, Informed staff, Great service department. Outstanding customer lounge. They work hard on making you feel like you have a win/win experience. In this day and age, This type of delearship is far and few between..

    The service department fixed the sprayer on my windshield and found out why my car was beeping when I drive. While I don not think my passenger side air bag warning should go off because I have my phone on my seat, I am glad they could tell me why I was getting the beeping and shut it off. They also gave me a copy of the notice so I could see the documentation of the issue.

    I wouldn't recommend this place for organizing a restoration project on your car. As you call and talk with Art you will find out you made a bad decision. He will talk to you as if your wasting his time and by the good faith in you don't ask the same Question. His persistence is flawless.
