    I really recently bought a used 2012 Acura TL on a special event. The car had everything I was looking for, but I was septic all of the follow up service, since it was a used car. I brought it in to have the driver side mirror adjusted/tightened. Or so I thought. They replaced the whole unit. I have to say they treated me like I had bought a brand new car. So far I am really impressed with customer Service. Oh and I might add the coffee isn't bad either.

    No pressure no hassle by sales, good explanation of Finance options when determining whether to get car, great doing paperwork with Finance, we didn't intend to buy, stopped by to compare to GLK Mercedes, so You got to pat your sales staff on the back, to take folks not intending to buy and then doing so. Kudos to them all.

    We went to this dealership because they had the specific used vehicle with the mileage and price point we were looking for. If it wasn't for this reason and we were simply looking to purchase a vehicle we would have left. The salesperson we met was impersonal and seemed indifferent that a customer walked in the door. Even after deciding we were going to purchase the car his demeanor did not change. We had to wait over an hour to meet with the financing guy to sign the final papers. During this hour our salesman disappeared for the majority of the time. Once we were in signing the papers the experience improved as the finance manager had much improved customer service and general people skills. However, once we were done we were handed back to our salesman who barely said thank you and shook my hand. We actually saw him get in his car and drive away before we actually left the dealership. Every customer should be treated equally whether they are buying the $200k sports car or a used car at 10% of the price.

    I was approached by a salsa associate soon after I had arrived and he was very helpful. Though the associate had only been working at this dealership for a few days, he was very knowledgeable about all the Acura cars and helped me find the perfect car/package for me. I came in totally unprepared to buy a car but decided to anyways and the dealership was very accommodating, I was able to purchase a car and come back the next day with all the necessary documents. This is my first time buying a car so everyone I worked with was very patient, friendly and were able to answer my multitude of questions. They were true to the truecar.com price and listed out in great detail the warranty packages and showed us which packages were the most popular. Overall I had a great experience.
