I am very happy with the wonderful customer service

I am very happy with the wonderful customer service Justin provided in the service dept. He's very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining and answering my questions. The service was excellent and was a lot quicker than I expected. I I also received great service at parts counter and sales department as well. Thankful for everyone at Abilene Kia who contributed to the quality service that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend the Abilene Kia dealership.

Wish we could've got a dependable kia

Our experience there was awful ...me n my girlfriend ...apparently our credit wasn't good enough to get n a used car wit 1200 dollars or brand new car for dat matter.... apparently they have new management n staff...we currently driving a car we would never pic to drive n oh yeah 2400 down payment now they calling us to come back...

I will never try to buy a car from this dealership again.

I will never try to buy a car from this dealership again. I found a car online. Had multiple conversations with a salesperson about the price and when it came to purchase the car, the dealership then added all these hidden fees they never mentioned in all of our conversations. Stay away and shop somewhere else.

What Customer service?

Tried to purchase a I guess you can call it a car. An when it came down to dealing they absolutely devalued my trade in an was so rude I thought I was in high school an some idiot thought they were about to get over on me. So I agree with all the bad reviews. This is a bad place.

Service department

Had an appointment for 2:30 but got there early. They started on my car right away. I had a recall that they fixed but they found a second recall & fixed that one too. They also changed the oil at that time. Everyone is knowledgeable & really easy to work with.

This dealership is terrible, we had everything ready for

This dealership is terrible, we had everything ready for a car, had all paperwork sent, and already had the car on our insurance, and they sold the car to someone else. who does that, terrible people terrible salesmen. TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM KIA THEY WILL SCREW YOU.

We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your experience. Our team showed multiple vehicles to you. However, we were unable to get a vehicle from Amarillo that you were looking at. We did find a Kia Sportage for you in our inventory. We worked on getting all financing prepared but did not receive any communication back regarding the deal. After waiting we moved on to sell the vehicle to another customer. Please reach out to us to discuss any concerns.

Watch out when buying the Kia K5, it has lots of issues.

Watch out when buying the Kia K5, it has lots of issues. It's a known issue but they won't fix it for free. I have a car with a $5000 bill for the wire harness and as of now I am making payments on a car that I can't drive. They've had numerous people come in with the same problem. It's a nice car but has major issues.

I would like to very much thank the folks at KIA of Abilene and Matthew Warren and Robert Martinez specifically for their wonderful service and assistance with a recent purchase. My daughter was in an accident which totalled her vehicle and needed a replacement in very short order for her job. Due to some personal issues she needed some assistance through me to make this happen. KIA worked with us and made it all happen quickly, easily and seamlessly. They were terrific!
