Second special order I've done through Cassandra Crawford at Audi Stevens Crekk. This time a special order Q5 (last time an RS5). Cassandra made the process really smooth. We actually did all the ordering over mail. Thne she kept me up to date with near weekly updates on the manufacturing and shipping of the car. Ended up getting here nearly a wekk early too. Once here, we scheduled a delivery time, she had all the paperwork nearly done, and it was all easy and not a time synch. Out of there pretty quickly. Perfect buying experience. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted in a used A6 (just like a car at another dealer), didn't see what I wanted but got good information on various options, plus helping setting up an appointment with the other dealer. been with audi now almost 10 years with nothing but outstanding service at Stevens Creek it was time for a new Lease and Cassandra Crawford and her team took me through that process efficiently and painlessly i had considered maybe looking at other cars to see if there was a 'deal' out there, but i decided risk loosing the service I have received over the years at Stevens Creek Audi was not worth the risk
