I ended up talking to a salesman over the phone for about 10 min. In that short time he changed his story several times. Each time trying to get me to... go down there to get the simplest of questions answered. He told me he needed to take all my information down before he could answer my questions and at the end he had no answers. Wasted my time. I've leased 6 cars for the company this year so I deal with lots of dealers. This by far was the worse experience I've had ever. Find another dealer

Absolutely the worst service ever. Dropped off a car on Wednesday morning and service representative told me that he will call me in the afternoon. He... has not called nor responded to my voicemail. Same happened on Thursday also. Friday, I was trying to talk to anyone including manager but they were all somehow at a meeting while day. Anyway, I guess they just don’t care after you purchase the car to survice it. Also, no loaner car and they said we will pay for Uber just call us, ha

I would NOT recommend Julian Keogh as a salesperson at this dealership. For cars in this price range, you would expect professionalism and will be left... disappointed. What a disastrous sales experience. All the wrong things were said and then made even worse on subsequent visits! I'm sure that the other salespeople are fine and I've had nothing but a great experience when working with Cory in service. The reason I'm rating so high is because of the General Manager Vincent. He has gone out of his way to help me recover from the poor experience when purchasing my F Type. If it wasn't for Vinnie and his assistance, the rating would be much much lower. Vinnie genuinely cares about the customer experience and is attempting to raise it to the luxury levels it should be in this price range. For now, he has to work within the constraints of the current facility and employees but I'm sure that over time he'll succeed.

Very clean facility and friendly associates and lots of nice cars to choose from. However, the car I had made an appointment to View they had already sold... the day before and didn’t notify me about and a couple other similar cars they mentioned they had just gotten in they didn’t have information on to give me so that was a little unprofessional.
I recently purchased my 5th Jaguar from this location. The customer service has greatly increased since it become Stevens Creek Jaguar. David the sales... person was very attentive and get me updated and informed, he did a wonderful job. The financial person, Sal was also very customer service oriented and detail oriented. Jesus was excellent and went over all the applications in the car and was very meticulous. I noticed that all the staff great the customers and asked if they needed help. I also ran over something on the freeway and had to go into the dealership for a repair and Eric in the service department handled this right away, took my car and instantly had it fixed with such a positive attitude and efficiency and didn't charge me. The customer service is excellent. I bought my car from David in sales, Jesus showed my how to use all the devices in the car and Eric just fixed a panel... under my car because I ran over something in the road. All were very accommodating, friendly and very helpful and making for am outstanding experience especially with getting my car fixed right away. Thank you!
Made an appointment and drove 6+ hours round trip and the F-type was dirty outside and filthy when I opened the hatch. The sales rep FiFi tells me her... manager doesn't clean the cars until they are sold. Applied for financing with them and FiFI says they don't have my application. Who has my social security number and personal info now? Difficult to work with by email, had to repeatedly ask the same questions regarding body damage, scrapes and other car issues. Typical used car lot statements "another couple on the way", "we are into the car for more then we are selling it", etc. Management calls/emails as if they should be getting my check without acknowledging their transgressions. Car panels out of alignment and was told it was a warranty issue. I accepted the fact they would not repair the lower right lip, lower valance, or air dam before I got there. Wheels also had rash. Wonder why it hasn't sold? A Lazy dealership.
Fifi showed us a car. First, she said it wasn't able to be driven. Eventually, she said we could drive it. We were interested but wanted to think on it... so we asked for the buyer's order. She refused to give it to us saying 'we check all the banks'. Instead, she had me fill out a credit inquiry to see what rate they would give me. Fine - as I wanted it to be on hold for a day that was okay with me plus I like getting quotes form multiple sources. Then when I was filling out my credit information she told me multiple times to put false information down because 'it doesn't matter they're not going to check it anyway'. Then SHE changed my application to say I lived in my residence 3 years without asking me. She literally just changed it with her own pen. Then she asked me when I wanted the car delivered. That's when I reminded her that we wanted the buyer's order to think overnight on our purchase and reminded her that I only wanted a quote on my APR. Due to this, we left and took our credit application with us. She utilized multiple unethical tactics neither my wife nor I were comfortable with. For this reason, I am for sure not buying with their dealership.

There is something new afoot at this dealership, and it may be a good time to buy a car from them. I just bought my XE 2017 35t, or as some call it the... 'baby' F type. I am pretty giddy about the purchase, and just had a phenomenal drive thru Skyline thru Page Mill, Palo Alto...sweaty palms and all...and car took it all and gave back a LOT. This car looks great, but also it is humble on the outside as a luxury car, and packs a monster under the hood. Keeps it real for me. I don't want too showy. But the brand is HUGE. I only say it because of reactions from neighbors. Now about the dealership.... Energized by totally new models of this revamped, British car company, this dealership is remaking its image too. I know because i interacted with their new GM, Eric Quistgard, at their performance event earlier this year, and during my purchase. He also mentioned a new building coming up. This extreme makeover work-in-progress means that they are eager to prove themselves, especially as the brand is the underdog and the new models are poised for mass market. Frankly, i really dislike the usual haggling process, and i had none of that for my new, pre-ordered car. they were fair, and also, i was prompt in getting the car as soon as it arrived. Why not 5 stars ... cause it took a while from the time the deal was agreed upon to get my delivery specialist tour. Top marks to Eric as the GM for personally overseeing my sales process and to Jesus for the patient delivery tour. Why did i write this lengthy review? When i watch football and my team is not playing, i route for the underdog. Both the dealership and the product have impressed me. I waited a long time to find the right car. There is merit here, and it deserves winning. I am gonna post this on multiple sites.
