I reserved my service online. I received a reminder the say before. I dropped off my vehicle and was given the option to wait or be called when done. I was called an hour before the estimated time. Tam my advisor answered all of my questions that I had about my vehicle. He checked the recall status of my other Honda and I will be bringing it in.
