    We live in a suburb of Rochester, N. Y. located about 80 miles from Zeigler Honda. Their wide selection of used Honda Odyssey vans prompted us to venture an hour and 20 minutes to car shop. It was a very satisfying experience! Scott, our salesperson, was very personable and low key in his approach. Upon returning home we noticed a couple of deficiencies in the vehicle. I emailed a service request to Steve B. the general manager. He responded to my inquiry within an hour! We were leaving town for a family visit to Tennessee. Steve assured us that our issues would be resolved. On the day we returned home he called to arrange for service at our earliest convenience. Clark and Carl in the service department were equally committed to stellar customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to drive back to Zeigler Honda for our next vehicle purchase.

    I used them to get inspection and oil change with their coupon book. They discount a few dollars instead using coupon saying the coupon is for very old cars - coupon description is very tricky. I had to pay a regular dealer price eventually. When I declined other services they responded very unfriendly. They also charge a regular inspection fee for reinspection- which is free at other shops. If you plan to use their coupon to save your hard working money, avoid this guy's. There are a lot places treating you nicely.

    I tried to use their coupon book which is sent every season. But on service desk they use trick - they eventually charge me a regular dealer price. They also charge a regular state inspection price for reins pectin, which is free at Delta Sonic. So if you are going to use coupon to save a little money think twice and avoid this guy's. Their attitude is not good either - Cold and hard!

    Went in on a Saturday and it was pretty busy but nobody was able to help me. Not even did any salesperson say hello. I walked around the showroom for about 10 minutes and left. Seemed very disorganized and short staffed. Certainly would not stop back.

    I first received an email from Zeigler Honda informing me that service on my 2013 Honda Civic would soon be due. Two weeks later the Information Center in the car pops up with service due. I called the dealership to make an appointment for service, and much to my surprise I was scheduled for that afternoon. Mike Chiari was my service writer. He went through what was required and explained everything. Mike has been my service contact for many years and knows I am retired and can't always do everything at once. He tells me what the most important items are and spreads out the service so it's more affordable. Within a couple of hours Mike came out to get me and explain all the work that was done. I left the dealership with a great feeling of confidence in the work that was preformed. Thanks Mike for making my service experience a pleasant one.

    Still bought when I should have walked. Wouldn't work with me on coming down a little more. Car was what I wanted though. They made me take an extra trip up as they didn't have the plates and the title yet. Poor customer service... I would have gladly waited to buy when they had the title. I was irate as I am not in that neighborhood much and had to take more time out of another day to pick up the car. The business manger and I were in disagreement and had a disagreement as I believe I should have been notified that the car was not ready and needed to make an extra trip. Time is worth much these days and the dealership should understand that. Rick or Dave - Who put my plates on was very customer service oriented. Thank you
