This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I will never come back to Nissan of Stockton and I highly recommend that everyone else purchase... elsewhere. I was at the dealer over 3 hours when purchasing my car, it took forever for them to do the paperwork. Then it took months to set up the loan with my bank because they didn’t complete the filing. Two months after I purchased the car I had to contact DMV because the dealer didn’t submit the renewal paperwork. I then tried cancelling the extended warranty, which apparently wasn’t filed either. I can’t tell you how many times I called and emailed without getting a response, call back, or information. It shouldn’t take over 3 months to complete a car purchase. Stay away.
Bait and switch. Showed me and I test drove one car within my price range but when it came time to sign papers they had quoted me the price for the "wrong... car" and the car I test drove was actually $6000 more.
I have been a Nissan customer for almost 20 years and I'm a big leaser as I like to have a new car every few years but with the car insurance being such... a rip off nowadays and having to have top of the line car insurance for leased vehicles, I decided to unload my lease 8 months early and this dealership was able to eat up most of negative equity and get me into the car I wanted with 0 down and the payment I wanted. I was in and out within 3 hours. Edgar and James.....you guys rock.
The service I received was outstanding as usual anytime I take my vehicle in for service or repair.

I took my vehicle three times for oil changes to find out that nothing was actually serviced during my last visit. I called the the customer service representative... and he was apologetic for the inconvenience. He had the Service Manager and she seemed to laugh it off...no big thing. She offered to reschedule another service but I declined and decided to take it to the original dealer in Modesto.
Every time I go there no matter what service I'm getting I never leave under 3 hours then you ask people at the desk and they don't even know what their... mechanics are doing or don't have an answer on how much longer it'll be before they are done.

Service personnel were helpful, polite, timely and professionals. They were clear in their communications. They worked with me to resolve a dilemma... reducing what was thought to be a two week job down to a two day job and provided transportation so I did not miss work. The waiting area is clean, bright and spacious. Bathrooms are clean too! I gave quality of service 4-stars because repairs met expectations and came with a 3 year warranty. My experience was exceptional.
The experience was a pleasant one from top to bottom. The brothers were great to work with and all turned out well in the buying of a new Frontier truck.... I would definitely recommend the dealership and the sales agents to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
