    Ron, Miguel and Byron did a fantastic job for me! Needed a good, cheap car fast and they were able to pull it off like pros. They quickly addressed every... issue and had me cruising down the road in my "new" Jeep in a flash, oh and conveniently the DMV was right down the road. Can't thank them enough for the great job they did for me!

    PURCHASED A 03 JEEP AND IT WAS GREAT THIS LAST STORM!! SAM AND RON ARE SO NICE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH...VERY HAPPY WITH MY TRUCK!! THANK YOU SO MUCH....... WILL TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS...DID NOT EVEN HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE DMV HASSLE....REGISTERED IF FOR ME....THANKS AGAIN!!

    Guys I want to thank you very much for helping out with my buy!!! Here is the story.. I live in Queens NY, and I went to NEMET on Hillside dealership to... buy the Mercedes slk230 (the car I was looking for from the begininng)..they tried to scam me!!! and then I saw at cars.com that the same car was sold there.. I took the train, did a little research about T&R Performance LTD and everything was legit... Then I went and drove the car withthe help of this guy Miguel!! (awesome person) he was thorough about the car...helped on every way!!! and then met the big guys!! Ron took the car to my Mechanic (how awesome) and had it checked in order for everything to be clean to buy!! Finally a guy enters in the store wearing a veeeery silly hat!! it was a snowie day....it was Sammie, the Financial guy!!! hahahahahaha....(Sammie don't wear that hat again!!) Got all the confidence of buying a car from them and then everything else was paperwork!! I felt so good being there that I can't wait to go back for the regular service...hopefully the car will not have any issues...they assured me that it will take couple thousands miles until I needed a service...lol...     The guys at T&R were great! Sam and Ron made me a great deal and prepared my car perfect before i picked it up. They took care of all motor vehicle paperwork... and were very honest and profesional. I would and have recomended this dealership to friends, family, and co-workers. The mechanics they have working for them all did a great job. Once again thanks Sam and Ron.

    Just bought a car from Ron and Sammy for the 4th time in 9 years. Have recommended friends who have bought cars from them as well. Bring my cars (and other... family members) to shop for repairs. Have my boss bring his company fleet there for work as well. Been using them for over 10 years, and I trust my cars to no one else. Need a used car, come here. Need work done, come here.     Went all the way out to to LI (2 hour trip from NYC) to see a 2003 Honda Pilot. Was advertised as blue, with a sun/moonroof (a feature I wanted), and leather... seats. it was gray, no sun/moonroof, and "pleather" seats. Also, driver's seat control did not work, so could not adjust. Car drove fine otherwise

    We do apologize for the misprint on the Honda Pilot. I did accidentally state that the Honda had a Moonroof. It was a mistake that I corrected as so...on as this customer left our lot. The seats in this car are factory leather seats....NOT Pleather and we have since fixed the power seat as it was only a fuse. I do not think this warranted a bad review....and as for the color, there are about 20 pictures of the Honda; and in the sunlight it appears to be blue...at night it may look gray....but once again....the pictures speak for themselves.....We really do our best to describe our vehicles and once again apologize for the mistake.

    I had gone here to look at a Subaru Outback that my son located online. It was absolutely, exactly what I was looking for. My son test drove it for me... and we went down the next day to put a deposit on it and submit the loan paperwork that we already had filled out. We dealt with Miguel, who I must say was very nice and seemed helpful. He put us at ease that my admittedly less-than-stellar credit would probably not be an issue. In any event, we left a deposit, Miguel told us about someone else that was interested in the car, but then took the deposit and said "Well, you saw it first!". My son noticed some condensation in the passenger side tail-light assembly and he said that they would take a look at it. He filled out a repair order ticket, citing the tail-light issue, recording the VIN number of the Subaru and showing the $100 deposit. He took the loan paperwork and told us it may take a couple of days. The next we hear, Miguel speaks with my son and tells him that there was "a little problem". Naturally, I'm thinking that the loan was denied or that we needed a larger down payment to get approved. Instead, it turns out that the car had been sold. Even though we put a deposit on it, it had been sold. Even though we were told that we saw it first, it had been sold. I was very disappointed as it was exactly what I was looking for and I wasn't given any reason to think that it wasn't mine, pending loan approval. Just in case, I had a back-up loan source in the event their lender didn't approve the loan. Miguel told my son that they would be going to the auction on Monday or Tuesday of the next week and that they would try to find something similar. They never got back to us. It's a shame as Miguel was very friendly, the car was very nice, the price was reasonable, etc... If they have a vehicle that you are interested in, make sure they give you an actual, binding purchase agreement, not a repair order ticket like I got.

    We do apologize for this misunderstanding. Miguel was not notified that we had already received a deposit on this car the previous day. He did not kn...ow the customer who was "INTERESTED" had already left us a deposit. I pride myself on honor and integrity and would never sell a car that a customer left a deposit on... This customer and Miguel were unaware that the vehicle was already spoken for. I blame myself for this but have since rendered new shop policies when a deposit is left...It is now indicated on our vehicle master sheet in the shop once a deposit is received. We did promptly contact this customer and returned his deposit immediately. I tried my best to find another comparable vehicle but unfortunately was unsuccessful. We are a family owned business and really try to keep our customers happy. We bend over backwards to ensure our stellar reputation. Once again I really do apologize and hope to be of assistance if I ever get anything this customer wanted in the future.
