Overall end to end positive experience all of which began and ended with our sales person Ro. Ro is an incredible professional, knowledgeable of the vehicle and the industry, compassionate and patient and really worked with us to ensure we got what we wanted in a vehicle and a fair deal. He sets the bar high for salespeople and is one of the best I've seen to date.

They were very helpful. I thought for a new Mazda and getting the first service done I would have least gotten a free complimentary oil change. You guys need to give more coupons on services.

I experienced top of the line attention to my needs and

I experienced top of the line attention to my needs and Georgia and Gwen made the experience amazing. The state of the art dealership and service by all service was amazing. This is my second experience with Georgia and her staff and I will be driving whatever she is selling, she treats her customers like family and you just know she wouldn't put you in a car she wouldn't drive and she doesn't push you to drive out of budget. All I can tell you is if you don't have a car person, stop here you will not be disappointed. Thank you Mazda and thank you Georgia & Gwen!!!

The service department did not properly inspect my

The service department did not properly inspect my vehicle and tried to say my damage was not covered under warranty. The damage was a result of a mechanical issue and not an outside influence as the dealer stated. Had the dealer properly inspected the vehicle, they would have known. The service department could not care any less about my issue. Terrible experience and I would never recommend them to my worst enemy
