Ernie and Stephen are the best! Both are trustworthy, respectful, and godly men of integrity! Ernie helped me this time and was efficient, caring, and so helpful! Both he and Stephen are always so patient and kind and I never feel rushed by them! I feel comfortable to ask any questions and I greatly appreciate the time they spend with me in going over any needed work, etc.! God honors the widows and He has used them to greatly bless and help me with my car and all necessary work!

Jaden was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The service is unique because the mechanic takes a video and is telling the customer what he sees, what is recommended and certain things are looking to him. Love this!

Cars.com staff and South Bay Mazda Team: Your site helped me find the vehicle I wanted yesterday and I was able to buy it at a fair price. Excellent service from the South Bay Mazda (Torrance, CA) dealership. Visited Galpin first, but the salesman lost my phone number after a visit and call back. The South Bay Mazda online manager answered right away after I looked at your sites referrals. I headed from the Valley (23 miles-48 mins.) to the store. Great salesman, Sam (Osama) Hussein,who even had a newly hired Max help me while he finished up a prior sale. The assist. sales manager helped me go through paperwork since I was paying cash. No lengthy F&I experience. I'm writing this as an old car writer and enthusiast. I worked for J.D. Power and also Automotive News and the customer service online and dealership experience were much better than in bygone days. Thanks much. Best, Philly M

Ease of making an appointment online, Josh was prompt and quickly checked me in and checked out at the end, oil change and tire rotation work was completed within specified time, provided video of work done and recommendation for tire alignment. A complimentary car wash was included. I waited in the lounge area where coffee, tea, water are available as well as comfortable seats and area to plug in and work on laptops. Very pleasant atmosphere for waiting and working. When paying for the service, information was provided of a service charge if using credit card, none if using cash, check or debit. Very good to be informed in advance to be able to make a choice. Thank you.

Service agents were helpful and empathetic in helping us
Service agents were helpful and empathetic in helping us navigate a very challenging warranty situation. They were able to provide a suitable loaner for the long duration of the service. However, there were some new door dings and a musky smell in the vehicle upon return.

We have been Mazda customers for more than 14 years and we have been South bay Mazda customers for about 4 years now. This time I am willingly writing this review to share my honest experience with Mr. Charlie Pham and his team, Mr. Godwin Ibe, Mr. Sam Damani, and Mr. Cruz. In addition based on my experience with Mr. Charlie Pham, he is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, charming, and engaging in the dealership and we had a pleasant experience leasing our new car form him and his team. The car that we were looking for, was difficult to find in that period of time, but Mr. Charlie and his team helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. We did not feel like they are pushing us to buy or lease a car that we don’t like. They were honest and straight forward with us. When I was there to sign the contract with Mazda dealership, I heard that Mr. Charlie Pham got promotion on his new job position. I as a customer believe that he truly and surely deserves his promotion. They failed to fix my car after two visits, ignoring
They failed to fix my car after two visits, ignoring photo/video proof of a safety-relevant malfunction. Second visit, they accused me of causing an unrelated problem (which I proved they caused on the previous visit). Different staff gave me contradictory data on how to reserve a loaner, resulting in me not getting one when they had some to spare. They don’t answer the phone before 9am, according to one employee. Oddly, I’ve had 27 unanswered calls before 9am, but one 8:33am conversation. I left a message with the manager and there wasn’t any followup. If I hurt myself in an accident in my near-new vehicle because they didn’t honor the warranty for the safety equipment- I’m obviously going to sue them.
