I went to the SouthBay dealership on Friday after work. Charlie was very helpful and transparent in their pricing. Charlie doesn’t waste your time and... he’ll work with you in getting a fair price. I didn’t feel forced in purchasing the vehicle and I was able to test both the Mazda CX5 and Mazda 6. The entire staff there is friendly and they thoroughly explained their answers to my questions. I walked away with a cool blue shiny Mazda 6 and excited about the new car. If you’re going to buy a Mazda, buy it here ask for Charlie! You won’t regret it.
Stopped talking to me after they found out what my budget was for a Mazda 3. Now I just get auto messages at 10pm... Pathetic
I had a large problem regarding my new Mazda 6 Touring Car. When given this information I couldn't believe it. After doing some research I found the problem... was real. I went to Mazda and talked with GM Jeff Donnell to explain the problem. Even he couldn't believe it. After 15 mins he came and told me he was going to take of the problem himself and not to worry. The next day problem solved. I did not have to remind him or follow up. It just happened. It nice when someone does what they say they are going to do. So thank you JEFF DONNELL for your help, I will be a mazda customer for ever. Bob Gellman
These guys are the real deal. Honest and no surprises. They made the car buying experience painless and easy. Great customer service and fairly fast... in the finance dept. I will get my next car from this dealership. Thank God they are in my hometown - Convenient.
Bought my Mazda 3 from this dealership. Buying process was smooth and a great learning experience. Abraham, Oscar, and Anthony are all superb, professional,... and friendly associates. They care about my satisfaction, took the time to learn about who we are, take the time to assist and answer any questions I may have with no rush, and made me feel like part of the family. Thus far, highly recommended dealership. I can't say anything about the quality of repair since I have yet to take my car in for a scheduled maintenance, but I'm expecting only the best when coming back for it in 6 months from now.

We bought our Mazda 3 here, and the purchase process was good. But the real standout has been the Service experience. The team is unfailingly polite and... helpful. They have a nice customer lounge, with wifi, TV and snacks. I just wait for the car and work on email. Quick and fairly priced. Great team.
