We all know car buying can be a complicated event.

We all know car buying can be a complicated event. We have been through it for years and every time there are the concerns that you will choose the wrong dealership and/or sales person In most of those cases, you won't have any clue until it is too late and you are driving off with a bad deal or not the best you deal can get. This all changed with Dave Suchocki at Douglas Volkswagen and thankfully we found him just in time for the first car buying experience for my oldest daughter. We have been a 3 car family for almost three years now and tried to keep up with financial and mechanical issues. Already making two car payments, we luckily had our third vehicle free and clear. That all changed when the truck had a mechanical issue that would have been too difficult to fix or would have cost way too much to fix for a 15 year old vehicle. Dave came highly recommended by friends in the area so I reached out and he went right to work figuring what option was best for us. He looked at so many options for our family and especially my daughter. While too many sales people out there would have seen a younger woman coming in and figured they could take advantage of the situation, Dave did the complete opposite. He went through several test drives, looked at what were the best used and new options, and in the end came up with the 2023 Taos for my daughter. That wasn't the end of the job for him. He took every second to educate my daughter on what she was going to be paying, why she was paying that and how every dime was going to factor into the deal she would get in the end. As you can see in the picture my daughter was absolutely thrilled. The best part ... I was only involved so far as to let me know what direction she was going and what was needed. My daughter and wife usually let me handle all of this and he made sure they realized that they could do it and do so making a fully informed decision. My daughter loves her car, we love the deal she got and we know that from now on we will take the extra drive (we live in Edison) to go to Dave and let him help us in our car buying experience and give us full piece of mind, which is what all dealerships and sales staff should.

My experience with Dave was above and beyond!

My experience with Dave was above and beyond! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, he exceeded my expectations for service! He was even kind enough to mail me my tags since I was very busy and couldn’t make it to the dealer ship. I highly recommend no one other than Dave!!

So it was that time...... lease was up what do I do? Well thank goodness for Dave Suchocki!!!!!! He made the process so easy, stress free and literally the best customer service I have ever experienced! So whatever your car needs may be go see him! Easiest deal I’ve ever done.

Easiest deal I’ve ever done. Had an an agreement on price in under 5 minutes of negotiations, came in and signed the paperwork, everything was exactly as agreed.
