Never buy anything for Yochums

I had purchased a Chevy Cruze and started having some issues with it after taking it to memering to be looked at I found out that it had been wrecked and it was going to cost around $500 to fix properly. Pretty upset by the whole thing I loved my car but it turned out it wasn’t safe to drive. So they talked me into buying another vehicle which I still have but I will not be making another purchase from them I’ll be going back to memering.

Poor professionalism

Was confronted about a review the wife and I posted. It was an honest and true but negative review. John Yochum shouldn’t have asked about it unless he was going to fix the issue..

Bought A Mustang. Have tried and tried to get info about the car and what all was done to it. They simply refuse to send me the info. only thing I was given that was promised was paint codes. Basically bought a extended warranty that i cant use because the car is not stock. but have no clue what was done to it. Not very honest people in my book

recall on 2012 dodge charger

I recently took my car to this dealership for a recall notice I received. I had an appointment and was on time. I was told it would be 45minutes to an hour. I returned after an hour and was told they had not even started on my vehicle. I understand schedules can run behind but when I dropped the car off I feel I should of been told about the schedule conflict. It made me feel as if my business wasn't really important, maybe since I wasn't a paying customer.

Love my FJ CRuiser

Purchased a 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser from Youkum sight unseen and had a wonderful experience. John & Paul Youkum were amazing. We agreed on a price without any hassle. The car was better then stated in the ad and they really bent over backwards to get the sale. I would buy from Youkum again without hesitation. Thanks guys for a job well done.
