John L has been servicing my cars fro years with no issues .two weeks ago my 2012 Chevy Cruze was in there fro oil change and they discovered several oil... and water leaks. So car was left for costly repair. When car was completed and I picked it up damage was noticed on the driver door. Contacted service person Paul and his manager and it was determined damage was done during the time car was there for service. They immediately took charge and sent car to body shop for repair. car was completed in 3 days and all is well. But was sorry to say that it even happened and I believe the technician did not know the car was damaged , but not sure of that.

We went in for an oil change & ovetall 7,500 mile check on our mailbu. Despite the on going construction service was above & beyond. We had points that... we needed to use before the expired from My Chevrolet GM rewards. Brian & his staff assisted us in ensuring we were able to use all of our vouchers & points withour any wasted. He also ordered out of stock floor mats & key covers for us & immediately called us with next day servixe saying they had just come in! Talk about fast!! Best Service i have ever received, I usually dread the dealership but he booked our last minute appointment & made it an extremely awesome experience! Ty Brian & everyone at John L. I thought I could actually trust a dealership...well shame on me. John L Sullivan definitely proved me wrong on that one. When I drove off the lot unbeknownst... to me my tire pressure was really low. I discovered this because a warning light came on. My husband took the car in (no more than 10 days after purchase) to ensure everything was OK and to have dealer put air in the tire. Well they did BUT likely over inflated it! Less than 4 montha after buying the car I got a bubble in the tire and had to pay to get it replaced. When I went back to dealer the service dept said "oh you hit a pothole, sorry, $350". I just spent over 30 grand (a little to you ALOT to me) and now because of an error you likely caused you want more money from me. I think not! I have 2 free oil changes I wouldnt cash those in if you paid me. It will just be an opportunity for the service techs to screw up my car and take me for even more money. I will never return nor will i refer friends or family. You suck JLS.

John Davidson was a great salesman. So was everyone through the finance process. However, once I got to the service department, it tanked. I purchased... the Cilajet protection package and returned my car to the dealership for the installation. Nobody told me my car was going to be driven to Rancho Cordova and back (I can imagine whoever drove my SS probably had a great time in it-who knows what they did to it!). When I picked my car up, it was delivered to me with the gas light on and the gauge on the red line. How is that acceptable? It was like pulling teeth for them to even give me a gallon of gas so I could make it to the gas station, which I found ridiculous after I paid over $40,000 for the car. Their communication with the customer needs to improve as well as the treatment of the customer once the sale is finalized.
Sales rep. was great but service department and especially "finance" experience was just nothing short of bad. Service Department did not call back when... they said they would and Finance Department sent my load to someone other than my choice.

I walked in, not intending to buy, but sales rep worked with me so well they gave me a killer deal. Would recommend to people on a budget but want quality... work.

So far I have bought 4 cars from these guys and everytime, it is the same thing: A never give up attitude and awesome service. Although I could have been... a difficult customer, they continued to work hard to ensure we left satisfied. Awesome place to go and awesome workers there!
