    Salesman John Winkelman is the best! My whole experience was fantastic. Very much appreciated the courtesies extended to me by General Sales Manager Mike De La Pena and his assistant, Eric. Even Jessica (who went over the manual/controls with me) was extremely professional and quite pleasant to work with. Great team you have there! Keep them all!!!

    Put it this way I have been buying cars at this dealership for over twenty years. I will NEVER step foot in John L Sullivan again! The way my family was treated by their Vice President Chuck was very unprofessional. Chuck needs to go to a customer appreciation training course for sure. My family and I went to John L Sullivan to buy a new truck. After hours of going back and forth to get the price they promised they still could not honor the price. The price ended up being a few dollars more than what was originally discussed. I bought the truck in the evening and the next morning I found a problem with the truck. I took it back and asked for a rental car because I could not miss work. They replied their is no money for a rental because the truck deal I received was so good. They said they lost too much money on the deal. Again after at least two hours of going back and forth for a rental car I advised the manager I was extremely disappointed and wanted to use my cooling off period. I said the whole deal here has felt wrong and asked for my old truck back. They made me wait for hours before someone was available to assist me with releasing my original vehicle back to me. This was the worst feeling ever! I went from being so excited about having a new truck, to being back in my old truck. Thankfully another Chevy dealer in the area "Performance Chevrolet" made me a great deal saved me over $40 a month on the same price vehicle. I think the management at John L Sullivan is very poor right now. "No one can make you a deal like we can" is their pitch. My suggestion is for you to shop around, other dealerships may offer you a much better deal. Thank you "Performance Chevrolet"

    We purchased a new car from Vito At John Sullivan Chevrolet. Vito was so helpful, kind and seemed like he cared genuinely that we got a good deal. We tried several other dealers over the weekend and if it wasn't for Vito's help we may not have been able to buy a new car. Thank you Vito for being so honest and helpful..... !!!     I want to warn everybody that does Business with John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, GM and Wells Fargo Dealer Services. My Wife and I purchased a 2014 Impala LTZ2 from this dealership in approx. June of 2015. First thing that was shady was they did not disclose it was a previous daily rental from Oklahoma til we were signing papers...That is wrong number one. Second we noticed that our car had been previously painted and worked on the passenger side... I took this car to multiple body shops and they all disclosed where the car had previously been worked on and that the whole passenger side had been re-painted terribly...I went and spoke with the managers at John L. Sullivan and got the run around for a few weeks. They did not want to work with us on this so I contacted an attorney...Since then we have had to deal with the car leaking water in the trunk, back seat floor, ice on the inside window when it is really cold and much more from all of the moisture and mold that is all over in the car. They seem to think peoples health is a joke. I have grandkids in this car daily and they seem to not care. I am going to inform everybody I can and keep posting what John L. Sullivan is really like. Oh and by the way I have purchased at least 6 vehicles over the past 25 years with John L. Sullivan, Chevrolet/GM All of these people do not care about the customer it appears that they just want our money and screw you once your off the lot.

    1/30/17 Dear Mr. Sullivan and staff: My husband, myself & family are lifetime chevy owners. We have purchased multiple new chevy cars from Roseville Chevrolet, along with regular on-going maintenance & parts with the service dept over many years. Unfortunately, when we took our Equiniox for service last Tuesday for a regular oil change and complimentary car wash our car was returned damaged with two nicks above the rear passenger door. My husband noticed the damage on Sunday so I immediately called Customer Service on Monday morning and then took our car back to the service center to show the service advisor. To our disappointment, the advisor shared that when she showed the damage to her manager he said they could not take responsibility. I wish I would have been included when they came to that conclusion while viewing our car. I then shared with the advisor that I had put a call into the Customer Service rep earlier and would be following up with her. The Customer Service rep shared that the manager & advisor had filled her in and that she does not overrule the managers. Therefore, there was no other recourse as they were concerned that I did not come in the next day versus the following Monday. I stressed that during the week I entered my car on the driver's side not the 'rear passenger side' and therefore, did not see the damage until Sunday weekend with reporting immediately on Monday, in person. This situation is very disheartening to us in that Roseville Chevrolet did not take any responsibility for the two nicks that very likely were a result of Tuesday's service, especially since little mileage had been added in interim and our car had no dings prior to arrival at Roseville Chevrolet, as provided. We realize that you pride yourself in providing the utmost quality when it comes to customer service so we wanted to personally share this very unfortunate situation directly in hope that future situations of this nature will be handled in a more professional, preventative and reassuring manner. Please know that this unexpected body repair damage is a burdensome expense and inconvenience to our family. Sincerely, The Compton Family

    Two days after the last service, which was the sixth time for the same engine light problem, the engine light was back on and has stayed on since. I guess I am destined for a 7th visit back to the service department. This was my 6th service visit for an engine light problem. both the service manager and advisor said that this was a problem with the Cruze Diesel and this time they had the correct fix redesigned by Chevrolet and even though I had spent an approximate $500 for past failed fixes, they gave me a credit of half that amount on my account. Two days after this final fix the engine light came back on and stayed on. This morning I called the Service department and could not talk to either the advisor or the manager and left a phone message for Jason. That was at 7:30 this morning, no return call so far 1:30pm. I called the service dept. to make sure they were actually open today and the manager was at work. They said yes to both and they could not connect me to the manager and said I could leave another phone message. At this point I am very dissatisfied with Chevy and John L. Sullivan. It seems that I have spent half of my life recently waiting for them to be competent at their jobs.

    My husband went in to get a new truck and they gave him a bad deal, we returned 2 days later requesting to turn in for something that is less expensive that would not give us financial burden and they refused to help us. I spoke with the Manager and he refused to help. Now we are stuck with a vehicle that we cannot afford!

    De'Angelo was amazing & really helped ease our experience & find us a car within a short period of time! He sat with us the entire time & answered every question!!! The loan process was not as bad as we thought, like a previous dealership we used for another car also in the Automall. They had snacks, Starbucks, popcorn & video games so kids don't get crazy! Well played John L. Sullivan team.... well played! I'd do it all over again because it was that much better of an experience for us!
