I am giving lower scores due to the following. When we went to pay for our repairs, we must have stood there for over 5 minutes. There was no one standing... in line but us. There was a woman who was at the counter who refused to look at us or even acknowledge us or help us. From her demeanor she didn?t look very happy either. She could have at least said, I will be with you shortly but absolutely nothing and acted like we weren?t there. Finally a guy came to the desk and asked if we could be helped. The next time we went in and she was at the counter, it was the same behavior. Tyler and Shawn who are our service reps are great and kept us informed.

Took my car in for oil change and to have the indicator lights reset. I was not informed that the work on my car was completed I saw it sitting outside... and went to Ryan my Advisor. Paid the bill and asked Ryan if the indicator lights had been rest, he said yes. When in affect they hadn?t. I will have them reset when I return to Vancouver, Wa.

The service writer, Sarah, was good but the windows on my car after the service were dirtier than when I brought the car in. The drivers seat was so far... pushed forward I could not get into the car and the emergency blinkers were left on.

I was somewhat disappointed in the phone service at this dealership when trying to get a service appointment. Several times I had to navigate the silly... phone tree - only to be told to leave a message and that I would receive a call back. I literally left 3 messages - the last to the Service Manager - and never received a return phone call. I finally got through to a real person on my 4th try and got my questions answered and made my appointment. This really isn't good customer service. I also had to wait over 20 minutes when I arrived for my service appointment before my car was even checked in - again - not good service. This NEVER happened to me at the Niello Mini Dealer in Sacramento where I had my previous vehicle (a Mini) serviced. Maybe a field trip to see how they treat their service customers would help.

Poor customer service. Expensive. They are too busy to give your the respect and service you deserve. They did not even vacuum the inside. They said they... would call me when and if my was ready and needed more than oil change. No phone calls! Had to call myself and took 10 minutes and militaries to finally check if my car was ready. Then after I paid had to wait outside over 20 minutes for someone to bring my car for me.
