I had a roof rack added to my vehicle after I purchased
I had a roof rack added to my vehicle after I purchased it. I was called that the part was in and I made an appointment, I came in for my appointment and the service department was so extremely organized and helpful. I was asked if I needed a rental car during the few hours that it was going to take for the item to put on my car and it was very simple and easy to get. I was not charged for a rental car. Every staff member that I dealt with was extremely pleasant and helpful. The installation took less time than they told me it would and I was completely satisfied with all of the work that was done on it. Though the dealership is far from my home I plan on using their service department to do all of my services on the car instead of going to a dealership close to my home.

The service adviser was excellent.

The employees at Maita Toyota have always been cordial and helpful. I was informed of what the service entailed, the cost (prepaid service at time of sale) and approximate completion time. I had a ride back but decided to stay since the waiting room is nice and comfortable.
