Great customer service, friendly and polite!! Thank you Jason for going over the options and taking care of my car. I have been going to Maita from the day I bought my car -- 6 years ago. Please continue to hire friendly and polite CS Reps that is why I go back for service.

I had to get a shield installed for my Prius. Staff kept me informed all through process from parts ordering to completion. Quick service, about 90 minutes total. Feel safer now from catalytic converter theft threat.

I have been coming to Maita for service since 2002, so obviously, I am happy. Thank you for taking car of first my 2002 Highlander and now my 2014 RAV4.

They fixed the issue I had faster than estimated! I can't complain about having my service done faster than I thought it would take.

After a miscommunication about cost of the maintenance, our sales rep honored the original price quoted and did not charge us the full amount. Great customer service.

Everyone was very nice, the waiting area was very clean. They gave me a rental car so I could run a few errands while they worked on my car. It was a very productive day and my car is running great.
