Had appointment for 8:59 am and the representative was promptly at my car door when I pulled in. The Service Advisor was very thorough, reviewed the service requirements with me and saw to it that my car was serviced and ready for pick up just as promised. The Courtesy car was was a bit disappointing however as a lot of soap deposits left on my car, requiring me to get it rewashed. Overall, pleased with my work done on my car.

Service department listened to my concerns about automatic door locks. Andrew went the extra mile and try to remedy the problem. I appreciate it that very much. Everyone was very courteous.

The salesman was not pushy. Showed us exactly what we asked for. The finance lady was very nice and polite. She knew what she was doing.

It was a grade appointment. I came on time as scheduled, and been served within 5 minutes (no waiting time}. Karina took me in, and discussed detailed what service I needed for my car. Service were been done in 35 mins, and I have a call from Karina about it. I'm really satisfied with the service.

I've dealt with David McCready of Maita Toyota Sacramento on Auburn Blvd for the first time and receive excellent service from him; however I've been a customer for many years and I have always received nothing but the best customer service on maintenance of my car as well as purchase of my new Camry.
