Great service on my first visit

I have just moved to Sacramento, and was looking for a Toyota dealer to service my Highlander. Chose Miata because of location. Was extremely pleased with the overall experience. Will be back.

Great, fast, knowlegable

Great work ,questions were answe rexcellent service,paul did a great job in making sure all my needs were met. Very good dude. He shoukd get a raise

Great experience.

Service was amazing. I waited less then 1 hour for oil and filter change. Qerim was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Sticker for Next Oil Change was Missing

The sticker to estimate the next time I'd need to get my oil changed was not supplied this time around. That's something pretty useful to have.

Marlon was most professional and helpful

Marlon (the service representative) was most professional and helpful in explaining the problems and the fix. I highly recommend him and will have no hesitation going back to Maita Toyota.

Fantastic Service from Marlon

I drive all the way from Elk grove passed a number of other toyota dealers to come here. The service is always great and everyone is always helpful. Marlon from the Service dept was a great example of that excellence on my last visit. I had a bit of a bumpy start due to some confusion and he went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of and was happy. Diagnosed an ac fan issue over the phone just based on my description and took care of it right away for me during a visit to get regular maintenance done on my 2012 prius. ( ended up being a receipt which had fallen into the fan ducting) Pricing was reasonable and was actually lower then 2 private shops I called to price check ( my normal habit ). I would gladly refer all friends and family to this dealership as my experience is always 5 star!!

2007 Prius Water Pump replaced.

I knew my Water Pump was going to be replaced & I researched it online. Maita charged the lowest price that was listed. They replaced the Water Pump & Belt plus a full inspection for less than $500. I was expecting a lot more from what I had read online. I got there late so they kept my car overnight. They gave me a Lyft ride home & called me the next morning. My car was ready that afternoon. I have been going to Maita Toyota since I bought my car new & have always had great service. Their prices are always fair as I do check online for comparable services. The Employees have always been great, from phone calls, to Service Reps, to Valet Personnel. I have always been given a full explanation of what service needed to be done & the cost. I have never had any surprise costs added to my bill without an explanation before the added service was done. Thank you Maita Toyota for all the years you have kept my Pruis running smoothly & efficiently.
