Carlos P. is rude,unprofessional and made my experience so terrible I won't be returning EVER! I have a free oil change remaining on my van, I have no desire to deal with the rude management and unorganized departments so I won't be returning.

Misleading process, signed the contract, took vehicle home. 2 weeks later, received a letter to bring vehicle back because they couldn't find a finance company to fund loan. Horrible!

My service writer was very nice and has nothing to do with my low review, he was great at communicating and taking care of my concerns. I am a bit disappointed how the mechanics handled my vehicle. I find it very odd that they do not care to be a little cleaner when servicing my car. For example my oil change sticker on my windshield, they removed the old one, left all the gunk on it and then placed the new one below where the old one is with dirty finger prints all over it for me to clean up which I find very annoying and shows the amount of care they put into it.

Great staff and service -too bad the car wash was out of service as that is such a time saver for those of us with incredibly hectic work schedules.

The folks were very friendly except the lady that signs out the cars. Also I had to wait quite a bit for my car. The check in woman was extremely friendly and helpful

I have always been pleased with the courtesy and efficiency of the service dept. Everyone there is definitely 5 stars. However the sales dept in all of my dealings makes me feel like I am shark chum.

I brought in one car for a routine oil change and I brought in another car for rear brake pads. Both cars were completed in record time. Our service rep, Val, applied a coupon for both services and I was very happy with the overall price we paid.

These service agents are great - take their time with you - and did I say they are great? Highly recommend Maita Toyota for all your needs!

They were really friendly they Were very easy to work with and easy to communicate with and was very convenient because I hadn’t made an appointment and they still attend me quickly. Overall the service was really really good.

I have been bringing our Toyota's to Maita for service for years and everytime I visit I continue to be impressed by the experience. From the first person who greets us to the people at the rental car department to the when we pick up our vehicle at the end, everybody is extremely friendly, professional and competent. The work is always done right the first time and in the timeframe when promised. Could not be more pleased with the service we receive here.
