Great Service

Always Great Service from Toyota on Auburn blvd,Great Customer service!!! I always get great customer care from service person marlon nonog and staff.I always take my car in to this Toyota, even though I live closer to elk grove.

In and Out

I came in for a check-up and oil change. My tech said it would be about an hour and a half and he was correct. Informed me of a nail in my tire which I took care of at my tire shop that day. My daughter is visiting from Oklahoma and she and I are doing some traveling. I felt that the car was in great shape for doing that. Thanks guys. See you in about 3000 miles.

Maita service great; Toyota Corp. questionable

This review is more about Toyota Corp than Maita. The Maita Toyota dealership has been wonderful in trying to resolve my issue. Many thanks to the service team and managers who tried to help!! My new 2017 RAV4 had a loud whine noise related to the transmission upon deceleration. Toyota Corp had been consulted on the 2nd service visit for the same whine, presented evidence that other RAV4s had same issue, and online search also revealed evidence of problem. Today was my third service to have the issue resolved. The bottom line is that Toyota Corp. had Maita inform me that the whine falls within normal drive specs (basically, live with it because we don't know what the issue is so can't fix or issue a TSB). This is also a way for Toyota Corp to work around the CA lemon laws. Now, I have permanent buyer's remorse and my loyalty to Toyota is no longer.

2012 Toyota Corolla serviced

HAD CAR SERVICED AND RECALL ON AIRBAGS REPAIRED. WAS VERY PLEASED WITH JUNKO CASE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME WITH UBER . CAR WAS DONE EXACTLY IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME SHE QUOTED. I'VE BEEN COMING TO MAITA FOR SEVEN YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

Love It

Love the service done on my car. I could an appoint quite easily and with the extend of service to be done Junko was good in providing me with a rental car as I had a young son with me.

Consistently good experience

Everything about this service center is outstanding; The facility, the people, and the location. I wish, however, that they would make decaf coffee available to those of us who can absolutely not take caffeine. I sometimes feel like a second class customer when I am told that I can drink water.

Replace temperature indicator light

Service was excellent and done on a timely basis. The service manager Lee Reloza did and outstanding job preparing my SUV for service. Would recommend him to anyone.
