Jeremy was awesome and very easy to work with. He was willing to deal right from the start and gave us a good price that was better than other dealerships. He was flexible with our requests on delivery and the car was clean and ready to go. This was our first Toyota purchase and now has me thinking about the next one.

We honestly had the best car purchasing experience with Jeremy. The whole process was very smooth, from the emails exchange to the visit at the dealership to finalize the purchase of our new Highlander. He gave us all options on the table with clear numbers and replied to all of our questions so we knew exactly what to expect on our visit. Jeremy is the person you want to talk to especially if you hate to deal with the usual pushy dealership salesmen.

We did not buy our Toyota at this dealership. However, we always take it here for service. The Service Department is Excellent. I can't recall the names of all the service advisers over five years. I just remember Mark, but all of them were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I even dealt with a couple of the technicians, and they, too, were great.

Toyota Elk Grove service department personnel are always friendly and knowledgeable. Mark Kleefled greeted me when I arrived and explained exactly what service they were providing and when my vehicle would be ready. Mark texted me when my vehicle was ready and went over all the work they performed. Overall, an excellent experience!

I made an appointment yesterday with one of their VIP...

I made an appointment yesterday with one of their VIP managers at 315 for a 515 appointment the same day. Texted them I would arrive at 528 according to my GPS from Roseville. They said okay. Get there noone knew who was going to help us. VIP manager? That title is a joke! 10 minutes later someone comes out. We help outselves and find one of the vehicles we wanted to test and buy. Look closer and says sold. Keep in mind only reason I drove out there was to see this specific 4 runner trd pro. VIP manager leaves and comes back 15 minutes later and says other truck we were to see was sold also trd premium. Poor customer service waste of time. No excuse they could have called me and saved me my Sunday evening and gas. Don't go here.
