Fast and friendly service. Enjoyed the fact that they had bottled water and snacks even coffee out as most places had to remove those due to covid.

Island Honda Service Experience
Service with Island Honda is always easy! Easy to schedule, easy drop off, catch the shuttle or have a friend pick me up and take me to work. If they find any additional issues during the service I receive a call explaining what the recommendations are and estimated cost and they take care of those services as well, all while I am at work. I receive a call when service is done and pick my car up. Heui and all the service representatives are always very friendly as well. I would (and do) recommend Island Honda Service Dept to anyone.

Great service
Well, I couldn’t see all they did internally on my vehicle which I requested for tire rotation and air filter change plus oil change but all I can say is it drives smoothly after and my AC is cold like an ice. Thank you!!!

Personable Service, Uncomfortable chairs
Heui, the service person who checked me in was not only competent but very courteous and kind in her assistance. Being elderly, hearing impaired and recovering from a long illness, she was excellent in answering my questions and meeting my special needs. The screen in the waiting spotless waiting room that was current with cars that were in process, or finished with service was very helpful. When my Honda Civic was finished, she brought the paperwork out to me and went through it.
