We had a good experience buying our first Mercedes from MB Honolulu. Dale Payson and the Mercedes team were courteous, respectful, and informative. They... even turned us on to incentive opportunities. There were no high pressure selling techniques, and Dale willlingly spent as much time needed to learn all about the car. Although all comparable cars had their pluses and minuses, we chose Mercedes and recomment anyone to see what MB has to offer. A customer today, a friend forever.
Recently had car issues, after purchasing my Mercedes from a third party. However, with Mercedes of Honolulu's seamless process I was able to schedule... my car, get it repaired and returned to me all in the space for three days. The staff at the dealership is just entirely great, from the valet to the driver that picked me up, and especially my service advisor Jessica! I am all about customer service, and there's no doubt that Mercedes of Honolulu share the same value.

Being a MB customer of long standing (since early 1970's), I've known the first class type of service provided by the local MB dealership company.... On the appointed day I was greeted on time to receive my new car, and everything had been prepared for my signatures, etc., as expected. Earlier I had made an appointment to see and drive the new SUV, a model that I was not at all familiar with. It was a new experience for me (in my late 80s), and I felt I could enjoy driving this new model. The color I wanted was not available at that time, so that my sales executive had to place a special order for it. That particular model and color was not available on the island and had to be shipped in from the West Coast. It was less than 2 weeks later, after I left the showroom that first day, that I was called to come back to pick up the new car. I was rather pleased with the time it took to accomplish all that maneuvering to find just the right automobile for me.

Our Service Advisor is Jessica Chun. She was very professional, personable and efficient. She listened to the problem with interest and concern. Jessica... was able to find the problem after several other failed attempts in your service department. She diagnosed the problem' made the repair and kept my car until she felt the problem was completely resolved. I trust her expertise and the team she has working with her. Mahalo Jessica Chun. Now I can drive my car and feel safe and secure. And that is how we should feel when owning a Mercedes Benz !!
Jessica was friendly. Always smiling and willing to wait a little bit longer pass her shift to wait for me.
