I needed to purchase a used Escape for my Daughter while she's going to School. Christopher Veres was very helpful with any questions and knowledge of the vehicle we selected. The price was good and the entire process only took about 45 minutes after we decided to buy. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy a car from Sheehy Ford. Bernie Zetlmeist was also excellent with the financing process. All of the paperwork is electronic now delivering a thumb drive of the contract. I remember going over all of the paperwork in the past that would take hours and this new system was about 30 minutes. Thank you Chris and Bernie for your exceptional service. William was great! Got me in and out quickly! The shuttle service was not accessible to me that day as there were 9 people waiting for service by 7:30. Make other arrangements for transportation.

Had damage to the top rear of driver door...needed repair...was done quickly....unable to tell it was ever damaged....need to see if it still leaks after a rain to be sure all is well. Been using Sheehy for many years and I keep coming back.

I’ve been using their service department for years. All of the service managers have been very good. However, Joe Walsh has always been awesome!

I purchased a new Flex from sheehy in 2014 with an extended warranty. It ran out three weeks ago and then my fuel injection component broke to to the tune of $2,000. I was beside myself and at Christmas no less. I showed up to pick my car up and pay my tab and was told they worked it out with the warranty people and it was covered. Steve Cappolella and his service department were just great and I can't thank them enough! Christmas will be much brighter thanks to them! Thanks so much!
