I came in on Christmas Eve and I was not initially booked with Michael Jarvis but the other salesman was assisting another customer. Turned out to be a good thing because Michael was very knowledgeable and patient, even though I kept him pass closing. This is a salesman who goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. Because of him, I had a great Ford experience and would not only return there in the future but would highly recommend him. I sure hope he was able to get his last minute holiday shopping done.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and straightforward. Even through the negotiations which aren't the easiest thing. Michael, his manager and Alex in the finance department had a great and expedient approach to the whole process.

Great guy. He helped me out, even though I changed my mind about which car I wanted about six times. He was also great about explaining the various financing options available to me, and various payment plans that could be done to work within my needs.

From start to finish, Mike Zeller handled everything for me. I told him what vehicle I wanted over the phone, he found it, he added after market accessories I wanted all within a couple days. I walked into the dealership, signed the papers, got a quick tutorial on my new F-150 all within about 45 minutes. Mike took care of everything for me, it couldn't have been easier.

Easy to schedule an appointment online. Some of the scheduled service had been performed recently which the rep looked up and said was therefore not necessary. The car was ready on time.

Went on December 17th for scheduled maintenance. Worked with Joe who identified that I was caught up on my 60000 mile maintenance except for Oil change (due) and tire rotation. The work was completed ahead of my estimated time.

A wonderful, streamlined experience!!! We could not be more pleased with Nick. He got us the exact vehicle that we were looking for! We will definitely be back in the future for other vehicles.
