    This is by far the worst experience I have ever had when buying a car. I bought my car May 9th and have yet to get my title so that I can get my plates.... There have been issues with the financing department because I moved from Washington to Oregon 5 days after purchasing my car so the taxes are wrong. However, it seems like no one is even trying to resolve the issue. After calling several times, I finally talked with someone on the phone who told me the only way to fix it was to resign the paperwork and that I had to do it in person, not through fax. We set up a day for me to come in. He said he would have the paperwork ready when I got there so that it would be short and sweet. I drove all the way there to sit there for 4 hours because no one knew what I was talking about or how to resolve it, and the paperwork wasn’t ready.. I ended up signing new paperwork to change my address and they said they would file it Monday (I went on a Friday) and let me know. Two weeks later and I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve called several times and left several messages. I finally got through yesterday and the finance guy once again had no idea what I was talking about and had to be reminded. He took my phone number down (which is on the answering machine at least 5x) and said he would get it figured out and call me back. He never called me back. I called this morning and again, got his voicemail. Does anyone do their job here?

    I inquired about a used vehicle from Cars.com. My questions were answered in a timely manner and didn't hesitate to provide additional information and... pictures for my buying decision. Thanks for all the help!

    Kevin was so knowledgeable on the Subaru and showed me every part of the car and construction including the engine! Anticipated all my questions. Very... quick process and very happy! (Didn't like the rolling customer chairs though).

    Just kicking tires and found the car we had been looking for. No pressure but lots of good information and quick decisions. Highly recommend this dealer.

    They are a bunch of liars, they do not care about customer service. My financing company flat out told me that they lied to me and were just telling me... what I wanted to hear to get my business. If you want a pleasant car buying experience stay away!

    There is a sales event going on in McMinnville Oregon at the Wal-Mart shopping center. It is a shame that they (Jim Doran) could take up so much space.... It is very hard and without total resolve one can not get to the little coffee stand that already has a contract with Wal-mart for space. Leann's coffee is a very small business that relies on that space to support their business which also supports a few employees. In my frustration of trying to get to a point that I could enter Leann's, I commented to a Jim Doran representative that getting to the entrance of the coffee shop was nearly impossible. He became very sarcastic in his response of "Well I guess you won't get your coffee". It's sad to see this, in light of Wal-Marts stand on "NO" One will be able to use the property for sales and Booted the Lions Club Christmas tree lot out that so many of us took advantage of for years. I do not think this current event feels fortunate at all to be able to hold any kind of event in this space. They certainly let me know that the small business trying to survive in that space was of no concern to them..So SAD.
