Found the car I wanted.
Found the car I wanted. I was greeted at the door with the car ready to test drive it. I however ended up choosing another one of the same model because of the price. Overall my experience was very satisfactory. I was actually called back to let me know I was approved with a CU with a lower interest rate. That was awesome! I’m very thankful.

Not going back again some of the additional chargers were not revealed upfront. When signing the papers never breakdown the numbers . After signing asking for additional documents

In your case, the Acura Conquest Incentive program which helped us arrive at the excellent pricing you were looking for required additional documentation to verify eligibility. This is a standard compliance step tied directly to the incentive and without it the pricing would not have been available. As for the breakdown of numbers, our process includes a full review of pricing and documentation before any contracts are signed. We got the car we wanted, but what a bunch of buffoonary.
We got the car we wanted, but what a bunch of buffoonary. A process that should have taken about sixty minutes (I already had a pre-approved finance application and a large cash down payment) took over four hours while they went back and forth with the "let me check with my manager" game. No honest upfront pricing. Dragged out the process longer than it needed to be. Glad we got our vehicle (and our salesperson was nice), but definitely would not recommend and would not return

Dealer changed OTD price two weeks after purchase. Did not allow opportunity to renegotiate new pricing. I spoke with the GM who refused to offer anything to make things right. I do not recommend.

Joe Young, Per the terms of the agreement, sales taxes are the obligation of the buyer. While it is rare, discrepancies do sometimes occur. Once we identified the issue, we personally reached out to find a resolution, but you informed us you did not want to adjust the amount. Out of good faith, we did not place a hold on your vehicle registration while we attempted to collect the remaining tax amount. Despite our efforts to resolve this, the outstanding balance remains unpaid. We remain committed to transparency and fair business practices and are available to discuss any questions you may have. Dealer changed OTD price two weeks after I purchased a vehicle. Literally called and said I owed them more money for a mistake on their end. Offered nothing to make things right. I do not recommend.
