    I just purchased an RDX from Ron Tonkin Acura. I loved buying my new car and I loved the dealership. Easy, smooth, quick and extremely professional. Bryce and Matt took the time to answer all my questions and never once pushed me. Could not be happier. Met the management team and the people in service. I will never go anywhere else.     My husband and I purchased a used car here in early 2016 (purchased a year 2015 model). We paid cash for the car. As we were paying we told there was a ding on the vehicle that was scheduled for repair the next week, and requested to bring it back in to have that fixed. We couldn't make the suggested date and repeatedly emailed asking for a new date to bring it in, with no reply from our salesman. Questions about how/where to obtain extra keys that were mentioned in the sales documents also went unanswered. I suppose you run the risk of receiving poor customer service once you've paid and they have nothing further to gain from you but quite disappointing to us. The car's next scheduled check in occurred about 1k miles after we purchased it (within a month of purchase) and resulted in more than $500 of routine repairs, including new brake pads, which we'd have loved to have been completed before we purchased as they assured us it was full serviced. Definitely wouldn't recommend this dealer and won't return, I imagine there is much better customer service to be had. We still have a ding and no extra key.

    I inquired on a used MDX from cars.com and although it hadn't yet arrived (was being shipped in from back east) they made me aware and did offer me comparison vehicles or to wait. Rich contacted me via email and phone and took all of my trade in information and was fully prepared upon my arrival. I looked at several, test drove two and ran the numbers realizing I had moved up and out of my intended price range. With that said, Rich ended up coming up with the exact vehicle I wanted from color to add-ons, it was right on point. Although 2 years older than my original inquiry, it indeed was perfectly in my price range and my perfect MDX. I was on a tight timeline so had to leave before I could see it (it was in the detail shop down the road) so Rich called me back and actually drove the car out to meet me! We test drove it, had a great time and filled out the paperwork before he left. I met him back at the dealership this evening and signed my paperwork and off I went. I now own that MDX, exactly at the numbers we decided on. And I'm so in love with it, too. All in all, a wonderfully easy and customer service oriented experience. I do believe I may have been able to get it cheaper but as another reviewer wrote, you're more willing to pay a little extra knowing you're being treated right. Thanks, Rich! I'll be back in a few years for my next one.

    We shopped for a car over the internet since the selection here in Spokane came in three colors, white, tan and silver. We also had developed a list of options we were not willing to compromise. When we finally found the car it was located at Ron Tonkin Acura in Beaverton OR. It had the options and was black. It was a used Infiniti, five years old with less than 20,000 miles. These guys don't sell junk. We were able to negotiate over the phone and internet. We traveled to Portland via the train, were picked up by Jonathan (a very professional and pleasant young man) and transported to the dealership. The car was better than represented. Since I have never purchased a car without touching it first, I was apprehensive. James was far from high pressure and very knowledgeable about the car and its history. We were provided with a Carfax. We drove the car back to Spokane, giving us a chance to familiarize us with the car a nd read the owners manual. All in all, a fabulous experience.

    We enjoyed working with James. He was not high pressure and we appreciated that. He was extremely knowledgeable about the MDX and answered every question we had without having to ask someone else first. I have previously had two Acura Legends and they were great vehicles, so when I finally decided to part with my current Legend, I came back to where I have always had great service. I will recommend James and Ton Tonkin Acura to anyone! Susan
