We had another excellent experience at Courtesy Ford. We actually tried a dealer closer to our house, but they just could not get what I was looking for.... I reached out to Courtesy Ford, Mike Begley and Sherry Gaylord where a great one two punch. They found what I was looking for and went the extra mile to make sure the overall experience was stress free. I also want to throw a kudos to Mark Delaney for making the paper work an easy process.
Everyone was friendly and no one tried to force anything too much. Unfortunately our sales associate left the business before we took delivery and it... took awhile for the staff to respond but like I mentioned, everyone was very friendly. The finance part was quick but they were very persistent about extended service plans. It was late and we were somewhat in a hurry to get on the road but we felt we could have had some basically familiarization with the vehicle before we headed on our 100 mile journey back home. All that said, I would come back to the dealer again as it was an overall positive experience and we have a great vehicle at a great price! Having a pin for using the Ford X-plan their price was actually below the X-plan price.

Im not too sure what was going on but as Antonio greeted me to do the test drive on a car that I wanted, Antonio was pulled into a room and was kept there... for some time. Since the walls are glass I could see that they were reprimanding him, which is none of my business but it did make question if he's competent enough to sell me the car as I am a first time buyer... I just didnt appreciate my time being spent watching them chat to him when I had things to do; I was exactly 15 minutes late to my appointment which made that initial impression even more bitter for me. I was taken care of as quickly as he, Wyatt, and the banks possibly could after I took the car for a spin and decided it was for me. I would have given this experience a 2 or 3 because of how genuinely uncomfortable I felt. I dont think Antonios name should be attached to that rating and it wouldnt reflect the relief I felt when Wyatt and another gentleman (Mark, I think. he handles insurance as well) sat and chatted with me while the awkward interaction went down.
I rubbed the lantern 3 times and to my surprise appeared three genies. The first one named sherry said she would lead the way for this journey. The second... one named David would supply what we needed for the journey, the third Jacob would show us how to use the magic carpet. We landed in a magical place and everyone there was happy , the genie's returned to the lamp awaiting the next one to rub it. Thanks to all at courtesy ford you guys rock🐸
