The service department obviously takes feedback seriously and they are showing a commitment to continuous improvement and customer service. I have been having my Prius serviced here for about 6 years. Always been happy. But their recent implementation of express oil change at a discounted rate on weekday afternoons is a tremendous value. Also, they have modified their greeting process to be more efficient. They also did a great job accommodating my need to have service completed by a certain time. The service coordinators and the text based update system make it easy to stay informed and to feel in control. Toyota of Portland service department keeps upping their game!beavetton, Oregon

Great experience in servicing my 4runner good service crew....they did check thoroughly thru their inspection even the tire pressure of the spare tire.... service advisor make sure that I'm satisfied with the first service of my 2017 4runner. Great job toyota of portland oregon

I didn?t use your military discount this last time because your promotion was already discounted so low but the fact that you offer it is much appreciated I have to say the customer service from your dealership won?t ever have me going anywhere else! Just the day I went into you and in the past I have called other dealerships for oil change prices and I was astonished with the quality of customer service and price quotations just for an oil change at other Toyota dealerships nearby Stacy was the customer service representative that helped me over the phone and she was amazing and polite Katrina was my service representative that helped me through the entire process while I was there. The service was completed in less time than estimated. The young woman who assisted me was professional, friendly and made some accommodations that improved my overall experience. The facility was well maintained and very comfortable.

My car needed an oil change and they were having a special. They were able to take me right away despite having missed my appointment time. Graham was nice, funny and honest. The waiting area was decent, nothing to write home about. They had my oil change done in about an hour and I was on my way.
