Toyota of Portland

I've been going to Toyota Portland for a few years now to buy vehicles and to get my new vehicle serviced don't think I could ever go anywhere else and receive the same appreciation as I do here

I brought my car for a repair and received one of the best customer services in a long time from Karina L. She cares about her work; detailed, knowledgeable and passionate. I would go back to this place because of customer service like hers. Thanks Karina!

My wife and went to a couple of local dealers while shopping around but ultimately we came to Broadway Toyota because they had the exact truck we wanted and because of the excellent customer service we received from Michael Knight. He was amazing and made the process a breeze. After arriving not only did we appreciate the great customer service from Michael but all of the staff as well. I would recommend all my friends and family to check out Broadway Toyota and I can honestly say when I purchase again it will be from here.

Joel Hunt let me know he came in to work on his off day and I know how hard that can be to change your mindset from a day off mentality to a day at work mentality, but he pulled ot off with little effort. He provided absolutely phenomenal service despite the fact I had an expired coupon from the mail, he gave me the discounted rate. He also was positive, friendly and honest in telling me that the air filter in my car was still clean and didn't need changed despite my concerns over the recent forest fires, he assured me that the filters are made to handle that and did not take advantage of an opportunity to get me to pay more money than I needed to for a service that wasn't needed. That kind of integrity is what will make me come back to Broadway Toyota any time I need service, because I know they value me as a customer and aren't trying to rip me off. Thank you Joel! (You probably remember me, I told you I'd write a good review!) Steven Schumacher you should give Joel a raise or promotion or both. He is a valuable employee, make sure to show him you value his incredibly positive way of representing your company in the best light.

This is my third new car purchase from Jerry Rousselle and he is a gentleman, fair, straightforward and I have confidence in him. No car salesman hype, just the facts. I'll be back asking for him when it's time for another new car.

We had an appointment for a 5, 000 mile service checkup on our leased RAV 4. The team member was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. The wait time was less than an hour.

The greeting was very quick and nice. They went over all the services and cost with me and explained what they would do. They offered me a rental car to use until they were done. All of the workers that I came in contact with were very nice and helpful. I recommend this dealer for all of your needs.

I've always been very happy with the quality of customer service I get from the service team at Broadway Toyota. They have always made time to answer any questions that I've had, and I've never felt like I was just another random customer getting rushed through when working with me.
