I came to the dealership knowing what I wanted and what I could afford. The sales member and sales manager accommodating and understanding. They presented me the options and comparisons. I felt they were informative and thorough. I didn't feel snowballed, nor did I feel pressured. I wasn't completely blown away by the facility though. It was standard but I feel it could use some more business casual style. I'd recommend a friend or family member to this dealership and to the sales service team.

Every worker that I interacted with was helpful and friendly--as in, genuinely and even delightfully friendly. I was exhausted when I arrived and felt almost energized (or at least a little happier) by the end of it.

Got appointment for 5000 mile maintenance service same day I called in! Paper work was all ready when I showed up and the service rep, Andrew, even suggested a service special that matched my need! Saved me almost half of the regular cost!! He was very informative and professional! Was then told to wait in the spacious, well furnished and super clean waiting area. The service rep came to get me within 40 minutes, with a full report of service done today and a written report of all areas of the car! He even took my credit card payment at his station! Awesome! Very happy experience! Will go back again! Thank you Broadway Toyota!

I unexpectedly needed a repair so I showed up at Toyota of Portland without an appointment. The serviceman could not have been nicer and got my car repaired and me back on the road in less than an hour. I was so happy! Thank you Toyota of Portland!!!

Thought repair cost was outrageous. Does that dealer have an estimate <$500!!! BUT service was great. Gave me a rental car upfront because said repairs would take a good day & a half. Got my car back on time & they even washed it!!! Car seems to run much smoother. Going to beach in a couple of weeks and now don't have to worry about my car breaking down; they have repaired my car in the past and I've never had any problems with the work
