My 18 year old niece getting her first car purchase. Was a great experience for her and I. Nathan Gant , our sales rep was amazing. No pressure , very informative and made the purchase experience a great time. My niece was overjoyed at her car purchase ! Would definitely recommend Nathan @ Portland Toyota.

Very disappointed in this Toyota dealership and their management at 55 NE Broadway St. Portland, OR 97232. FALSE information given to me through direct text message (02/09/2019) from the dealership, even after a confirmed stock # given via text. I was told that my offer was accepted and to come on in. When I got there the process took close to 2 hours of waiting for the manager to finally tell me that they would not accept my offer, even though Toyota had already confirmed that they would. This type of service is expected when you go to a hole in the wall small car lot, NOT supposed to happen from a reputable Toyota dealership. Don’t waste your valuable time going to this specific Toyota dealership (as I did). I’d recommend any other Toyota dealership who takes their customers time and value into consideration.

Great customer service! I had my car serviced and appreciated everything they did for me. Corrina corrected a suggested service that another dealership had suggested that was unecessary.

I am from Minnesota and my Prius came due for service. I was due for an oil change, tire rotation and a safety inspection. I was met by a very friendly service rep. The service was done in less than an hour. I was very satisfied with the experience.

The person that help me was excellent.he was very patient and work with me and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my car.

Ian McCormick was very helpful in resolving our battery emergency. He checked the battery warranty to see if it would cover a portion of the cost of a new battery and provided a free Uber lift. The next morning our car was ready to go - excellent service!

Broadway Toyota Karina in service was very helpful, respectful, And treated me well. She understood what was wrong with my car and explained the needed repairs.

Fast/easy drop off. Very helpful and nice staff. Very smooth process. clean facility and my car was clean on return. Arranged Uber ride to and from work.

Amazing!! Toyota will Uber you places for free! Instead of waiting in the lobby I got to shop in the mall while waiting! So great!!!
