Had my mind very specifically set on a used black Civic Hatchback EX. I conversed with Melanie a few times via email (I don’t like talking on the phone)... and they had the vehicle I was looking for but brand new, and at a price lower than I expected. Overall a really great experience. They do push the extra coverage on very hard. Aside from that everyone was very kind and patient, they were not pushing... us to walk off a the lot by any means; just wanted us to be happy with our purchase.

Both buying experiences were as pleasant as buying a car can be. I worked with David Cho on the second transaction and he was able to get me exactly what I required within a short period of time. Ron Tonkin Honda is a fantastic dealership on the east side of Portland. Their no pressure approach is much appreciated. I really enjoyed getting to... compare a couple of models I was considering and ended up choosing an Accord EX that fits me just perfectly. No gimmicks here...just quality customer service!

I bought my 2012 Honda Accord here in 2015. They offered me 1.9% interest rate which I agreed however while doing the paperwork, the interest rate on the... paperwork was 4.89%. I had to drive for 2 hours to go there again to get it fixed and later they resolved the issue by making it to 1.6% saying it was their mistake. I also bought the warranty from them for 7 years and paid $2200 for it. They said I could opt out any time and I would receive the pro-rated amount. Now that I paid off my car and I cancelled my warranty, they are giving me the half of amount that I am supposed to get. It's around $600 less. More than the refund amount, I am totally disappointed by the customer service and how they don't value other's time. It took me few days just to get hold of finance department even after leaving few VMs. Every time I call the finance department, it will go to the VM and no one will call you back. I called the warranty company and the rep told me that the dealership is charging me for the warranty for three years before I bought the car. This was never told me by the finance department up front. In conclusion, I am still trying to get my issue resolved and it's frustrating that I have to waste my time just to call them and wait for them to fix the issue. I will never go to this place again and never recommend my friends to go there as well.

We got within $400 of making a deal. Their final offer was $600+ over the fair market value. One sales person badmouthed a competing dealership all while... she was doing exactly what she was accusing them of.
