No hassle, no pressure. Very good knowledge of their product and what was available on the lot. Patient with the test drive. Didn’t purchase but will return when the right vehicle and situation presents.

I had an exceptional experience with Slava and Lexus of Portland. From the very beginning, Slava was incredibly communicative, attentive, and professional. He truly listened to what I was looking for, set reasonable expectations, and guided me through every step of the process—often answering my questions before I even asked. We also worked with a tech specialist who helped personalize the vehicle and showed us even more features. Paperwork was quick and seamless, and we were on the road in no time. Even after the purchase, Slava and Lexus of Portland have continued to follow up to ensure everything is going smoothly. I was waitlisted with seven different Lexus dealerships, and they were by far the best to work with. I cannot recommend Slava and Lexus of Portland highly enough.

My experience purchasing a used Mercedes-Benz from Lexus of Portland was great. Communication was quick and responsive, and Cortland felt very transparent and friendly showing me around the car, going through all documentation, and even reading up on the model prior to my visit which I did not expect given it was a Lexus dealership. I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a car to go and check them out.

Would not give me an idea of clear dealership fees. Rep said It depends on many factors and that I had to come in to talk. Sounds like traditional sales tactics. Dick Hannah provided me dealership fees online before heading in so its certainly possible.

I had a previous purchase at this dealership that was positive. However, this experience was very far from that sadly. I also put this review on Google and contacted the dealer and Lexus of USA. In short, they wanted to sell a vehicle that needed a timing belt, and made no accomodations for that. It was over in miles and years. If the belt snapped, it's a $7k+ engine replacement that no warranty would cover. Because of their attitude and a number of mistruths they told me, I did not consider another vehicle their either and will never be back. I made sure they understood that clearly and they didn't seem to care. I had cash as well as a high credit rating and purchased a similar car at a different dealer, with no such issues, 2 days later. I hope they don't do this to others!

Andrew in the service department did an excellent job working with me. I did not have to wait long. The waiting lounge was nice.

Buying a car from Jeneva at Lexus in Portland was a 6 out of 5 star experience. Absolutely no pressure, she simply just guided us through the process and helped us but the car we wanted. We felt so taken care of and will definitely buy a car from her again. She was professional and genuine. And the man that helped us to finance the car was super helpful (and funny) and ended up giving us a better deal than expected. Thank you!

Ed Swift,took care of me,he is very Professional,Courteous,answered all my questions,went out of his way, to help me,I do not drive to Beaverton, he got me a loaner car, & I knew that with Him,I was in the best of Care.
